The hotel and all other services were good apart from the air conditioning. When we asked for lower temperature setting, the hotel said that the temperature is centralised and is set to hot mode. We couldn’t sleep at night because of the heat.

Centrally located and close to railway and bus stations. Friendly staff and comprehensive breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located, the room is clean and tidy, but it feels a bit empty and not crowded. I specified in the special request that I don't want a top or corner room, but the front desk didn't seem to read the request and still gave me a corner room. The room is also large and lacks a sense of warmth. The lighting in the bathroom is not bright enough, and the bath water temperature is not stable and difficult to operate.

The location is adjacent to the bus station and train station, and not far from the main attractions and bustling areas of Podgorica; it is fully equipped with disposable slippers and a hairdryer. The only drawback is that the room facilities are slightly outdated, but it does not affect the living experience.

Very nice hotel with complete facilities nearby. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are all available, very convenient. Breakfast is on the rooftop and the food is OK, but it can't be compared with domestic five-star hotels.

The hotel is outdated. It wouldn't hurt to upgrade.

距離長途巴士站十幾分鍾步行，旁邊緊鄰大型超市，距離景點步行也不遠，在接受範圍，早餐可以，接團的酒店，很熱鬧。

環境普通，感覺更像這邊招待所，洗澡水不熱。

The staff at the check in desk was friendly and helpful. However, the room itself is a bit aged, and the air conditioner could not deliver cool air even the temperature was well over 20 degrees Celsius. There are too few choices in the breakfast, not something I would expect from an international 4-star hotel. The parking is free, just need to park your car by yourself at the designated parking area in the carpark below the hotel, which is shared with the shopping centre. There were not many customers in the hotel, but still got allocated to a room with interior views, i.e looking into the interior areas of the hotel, instead of one with the view of the streets.

The room is a bit aged, and the air conditioner could not blow cool air in late March despite the temperature was already well beyond 20 degrees Celsius. The design of the shower makes it easy for the other parts of the restroom to get wet, and this needs to be improved. The breakfast is included in the price, but would appreciate if more choices (both food and drinks) can be provided. The hotel is right above the Mall of Montenegro, so if you want to do some grocery shopping, it is quite convenient. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The parking is free, but you need to park the car yourself in the carpark right below the hotel (which is shared with the shopping mall).

Friendly receptionist, helpfully, able to solve clients requests, very good restaurant (both groung floor bar & last floor restaurant)

lovely hotel, great locations, comfy bed, food in restaurant very nice and reasonable prices for food and drinks.

Lunch was delicious and staff very friendly. Our suite was spacious and very clean. I tried for room service but the phone wasn’t working, so i went to reception where they were adamant the phone worked. I ordered a wrap without mayo and also asked for a duvet. When it was delivered i asked for a cake and ice cream for my partner, we were told there was no ice cream, we asked for a duvet again and were told no and the staff member left in the middle of our conversation. So i went down again and asked for a duvet, the staff told me to use my phone to which i explained it didn’t work, i was told again it does. my wrap was drenched in mayo (I’m vegan). The duvet was delivered and the staff member finally admitted the phone didn’t work, but we were told there was no cake.

Staff at the reception were pleasant, helpful and very good overall, specially the ladies👍 Our room did not have towels. Had to call for the towels to take showers😔
