Из минусов: 1) Отвратительная слышимость. Большинство номеров используются для разовых встреч с *************. Перегородки между номерами из однослойного гипрока без звукоизоляции. Создаётся ощущение просто картонной копии вагона. 2) Отель расположен выше этажем над рестораном. Отсюда во первых шум от гулянок, во вторых те, кто упал из за стола в ресторане и не смог выйти из здания, ночевать остаётся в данном отеле. Опять же от них шум, барагоз, храп, крики по всему этому картонному дому. 3) Парковка неоправданно дорогая, хотя охраны на ней нет. 4) Отель расположен на верхнем этаже в мансарде. Далеко и не удобно ходить от парковки. 5) Вай фай еле работает. 6) Номера очень маленькие, не хватает мебели. Тесно, не уютно. 7) Матрасы не удобные. 8) Одна рабочая розетка на весь номер. Плюсы: 1) Приветливый и доброжелательный администратор. Вывод: Здесь вы не выспитесь и не отдохнёте с долгой поездки. Отель удобен лишь тем, кто снял проститутку или подцепил пьяное тело из ресторана.
