Bad Hotel. The aircondition were not working aircondition. The reception told us in the evening that we would get a refund checking out in the morning. I asked them to write this down so the information is known for the reception staff. Next morning, not any information is given. No refund is providef! Bad excuses! Stay away from this hotel which is overpriced and the service is beyond acceptable!

Supposed to be 4*, I think not. The most alarming was breakfast. The dry food is left out daily and just covered with a cloth, not even sealed. Lord knows how long it had been there 🤢 the seating area was dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned/swept in a long time. My daughter asked for water and the barman said he wasn't supposed to?! No refreshment facilities in room, tea/coffee/water/fridge - nothing. Room cleaning was just a fresh hand towel, not even a wipe round the sink. €5 for a beach towel, €12 for an umbrella. Minimal interaction from staff. Couldn't wait to leave.

Das furchtbarste Hotel, in dem ich je war. Alles kaputt, komplett versifft, Manager unseriös, inkompetent und unfreundlich. Nach 2 Nächten sind wir ausgezogen, man muss ja schon gesundheitliche Bedenken haben. Fäkalgeruch war an der Tagesordnung, die Einrichtung fällt einem auf den Kopf. Bis auf sehr vereinzelte mitarbeiter, sind alle dem Manager ähnlich. Genervt, keine Hilfe, frech. Alles in allem haben sie uns den Urlaub ziemlich versaut. Habe mich wegen einer defekten Türe komplett verrissen. Auf meine Bitte, mir behilflich zu sein und einen Chiropraktiker zu empfehlen, meinte man nein, ist nicht ihr Problem. Genauso wenig, wie Haare an ölflaschen im Restaurant. Ist kein Problem. Das muss ok sein. Eis bekommt man überhaupt nicht. Es gäbe eine Maschine, aber laut Personal hatte der Manager keine Lust sie zu aktivieren. Das permanent von jedem Gast genervte Personal, passt vorzüglich zum Manager. Die minibar ist in diesem Hotel, laut Manager, NICHT zum kühlen da. Sonnenschirm kostet 13€ pro Tag. Die sind allerdings so klein, dass man einen pro Person benötigt. Sie bieten im Internet sehr viel. In der Realität gar nichts. Massageraum gibt es. Massieren muss man sich halt selber. Niemals mehr dieses grausliche, grindige, versiffte, widerwärtige Hotel. Schon alleine aus seuchenhygienischen Gründen sollte man es weiträumig meiden. Einfach nur Pfui teufel.

During our short 4-day stay in Podstrana, we stayed at the San Antonio Hotel. The location was suitable for our sightseeing, although we found that there was not much in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, requiring the use of public transport to get into town or to the shopping centers. However, we would have appreciated being informed of the work taking place outside the hotel, as well as the policy of redirection to another property for an additional fee upon arrival. Additionally, the pool water was freezing which was disappointing as we were expecting a more comfortable experience. Despite these points, the staff were friendly and helpful, and our stay was generally good.

Area is very good but hotel needs renovation complained about bar fridge not working in room and never got fixed, also carpet rugs placed on floor covering damage and asked for shower to be fixed and it went not repaired all week
