Lo scenario è dei migliori: villa quattrocentesca restaurata nei primi anni '80 del Novecento, immersa nel verde, con un'ampia piscina e le colline del Chianti a fare da cornice, immersi nella quiete. Struttura gestita con gentilezza e professionalità espressa da tutti gli operatori, dagli addetti alla reception, al personale di servizio a colazione, ai camerieri del ristorante e al gentilissimo e competente maître. Purtroppo degli anni '80 è anche l'utilizzo diffuso di moquette che, ad oggi, si presenta un po' polverosa e, in stanza, leggermente umida. Ottimo il ristorante, pur con una carta non amplissima; migliorabile la colazione, con varie torte fatte in casa non proprio all'altezza del contesto. In un 4 stelle, infine, le regole della hôtellerie prevederebbero il cambio delle lenzuola con frequenza quotidiana: così non è stato.

Fantastique séjour en famille pour 10 nuits. Les environs de l'hôtel sont très calmes. Le lieu est magique, propre, accessible en chaise roulante. Le personnel est parfait. Tout le monde est vraiment gentil et serviable. Tout le personnel rend service, est poli. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment copieux et complet. Des tartes faites "maison" sont présentes en grande quantité le matin. L'atmosphère du petit déjeuner est familiale et italienne. Le restaurant de l'hôtel sert des spécialités toscanes, le personne est, ici aussi, très gentil. C'est succulent et à un prix correct. Les chambres sont très propres, et très bien insonorisées. C'est très joli, même plus joli que sur leur site internet, quelle belle surprise ! L'espace piscine est grand et serein. Il y a toujours des transats disponibles, pas besoin de réserver avec sa serviette. Il y a un pool bar avec facturation, en libre accès (avec feuille pour facturation). C'est un chouette service. Les serviettes de piscine sont fournies et changées régulièrement. Les grandes villes toscanes comme les petits villages typiques sont accessibles facilement, l'emplacement est central. Nous avons passé un séjour parfait et nous reviendrons !

Struttura d'epoca ottimamente ristrutturata con radicale intervento di manutenzione e conservazione. Vista panoramica di un luogo incantevole. Camere molto comode. Personale gentilissimo, preparato, disponibile, cordiale. Ristorante di alta qualità. Piacevole soggiorno di relax totale.

L’ambiente e il paesaggio intorno alla struttura e’ bellissimo e dalle foto mi sarei aspettata di soggiornare in un bel luogo di campagna con piscina rivisitato per i giorni di oggi. La moquette ovunque , molto datata che mandava un odore molto acre non veniva oscurato neanche dalla bassa aria condizionata che soffiava dai fan coils. Nella nostra junior suite eccetto il bagno, che come gli altri in tutto l’hotel sono stati ristrutturati, il materasso del letto era sfatto, le persiane e i vetri sporche e tutti i davanzali pieni di escrementi di uccellini. In un hotel 4 stelle in una junior suite all’arrivo , mi sarei aspettata di trovare 2 calici per brindare il mio compleanno, un “complimentary” cosa ricevuta sempre in altre strutture che davvero si classificano 4 stelle. La sala colazioni e pranzo si trova in un ambiente anch’esso molto caldo. Peccato!

Albergo un po’ démodé con la moquette nelle parti comuni e nelle camere e con la necessità di qualche piccolo intervento di restauro (ma questo contribuisce ad un certo fascino del posto). Struttura molto bella e camere confortevoli dall’arredo classico. Belli i bagni di recente rifacimento, con piastrelle dai colori squillanti. Stupendo il giardino con bossi e piante di alto fusto. Piscina e campo da tennis. Bellissima e strategica la posizione. Personale dal garbo impeccabile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Una struttura dove tornerò volentieri
