Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort and Spa

We stayed in an ocean view club room for our honeymoon. The view was spectacular! Everyone working at the resort was so friendly and made us feel so welcome from the moment we pulled our car up. Hands down the best resort we have ever stayed in! The grand club access for breakfast and snacks throughout the day/night was a huge plus. Thank you for making our honeymoon so special!

Very nice hotel, the staff are very pleasant and responsive. The resort grounds are spectacular. The multiple pools, beach, and saltwater lagoon are great and we enjoyed them. Early Sept seems like an ideal time, the weather was great, and the resort not crowded. The room we had was clean and spacious with a nice ocean/grounds view. Some signs of wear here and there, but overall really nice. Not the least expensive option, and the meal prices are higher -but that is understood when booking a resort like this. It was a great way to end the last few days of our anniversary trip and certainly a consideration on future trips to HI.

We loved our stay at the Grand Hyatt. So many pools to play in, none were ever crowded. Food/Drinks poolside were tasty, delivered quickly. Staff was very attentive. Our ocean view room was clean and elegant. Falling asleep to the waves was so relaxing

This Hotel was far beyond our already high expectations! It was a wonderful location for our honeymoon! Stay a few nights here and you will be extremely happy with your choice.

Pacific Dream Photography at the Grand Hyatt Kauai did a wonderful job taking photos for my husband and I. The weather wasn’t great, but Maddie our photographer did a fantastic job finding various locations throughout the resort so we had lots of options. She really listened to us and the end result was exactly what we were wanting. The selection process was quick and easy. We were so happy we did this.

The resort was absolutely beautiful. We were celebrating our anniversary and spouse’s birthday. We enjoyed every moment of our stay.

We were unfortunately let down by this hotel. Online it says it's 5 star, but once you get past the lobby and enter the hall ways and eventually your room, you are sadly mistaken. The hallways felt like we were in a retirement home, very tired and dated. The room was a massive let down, again, super out dated, and tired. The patio furniture looked like it came straight from an abandoned motel 6, it was laughable honestly. This is perfect for those looking for a disneyworld resort in florida type of experience. Kids would love it, as they would have no preference on the rooms. The girls at the recreation desk were super awkward and rude as well. The only good thing about that resort was the lady that checked us in, and the ambiance of the lobby.

I wish I had more time to spend at the pool and wandering around this stunning property. You couldn't ask for more friendly staff and service. The rooms are big and comfortable with huge bathtubs and everything you could want, including water filling stations everywhere.
