The hotel service was exceptional; the attitude of all the staff towards guests was truly impressive. Although not in the city center, it was still close by, and the accommodations were quiet and comfortable. On a clear day, you could see Machapuchare (Fish Tail Peak) from the window. I booked the ABC trek through the travel agency in the hotel lobby, and the guides and porters they arranged were excellent—no tricks, just pure hospitality, taking meticulous care of us throughout the journey. If I ever visit Pokhara again, I will definitely stay here again.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. In the summer, I stayed in the annex, but this time I stayed in the main building. The hotel is not in good condition. The annex is in much better condition, but unfortunately, they do not operate in the winter. The rust is bad in the main building, but much worse in the annex.

Best place to unwind from the exhausted trekking. At the gate, we were greeted with “tika” and “khatta”. Front office staff, Sanju, took great care of our room need. The room was excellent with mountain view. Another staff member, Nisha, took good care of our food need at Kundali. The dinner buffet was superb. They spoilt us with several varieties of quality food items in the breakfast that is included wth the room price. Very quiet and serene, away from the noisy lakeside. Beautiful lawn, spacious room. Highly recommended

We stayed here for 3 nights with friends. Amazing hotel! Nice and quiet environment. Family friendly. They have great restaurant and bar. Nice location. Great view of the mountains from room. Nice swimming pool, and wellness center. We also used travel desk of the hotel to get vehicle and for paragliding, and again, excellent service! They streamlined everything. Overall we had a great time, and felt too short of a stay. When we come back to Pokhara, we will be staying in this hotel again.
