On a clear day view would be excellent. Service is good, some are friendlier than others. The manager, Mr Pashant(?) Was helpful n responsive. Room is not bad, toilet can smell better n room can have more hanging places. Aircon was noisy at night like a motor. Pool n bar were nice. Can have more promotions to maximise use of bar. Overall, a pleasant stay.

There is a grand welcome ceremony when you check into the hotel! The wooden structure of the room is close to nature and the hardware facilities are good! The software service is also very good. The staff I encounter are polite and courteous, and they are full of hospitality. All requests are answered. The little girl working in the cafe also enthusiastically helped me take photos while I was swimming! The service guy in the restaurant in the picture is very serious, patient and considerate, and very expressive!

Despite the darkness that covered Pokhara, we managed to have a wonderful time at this hotel. In principle, you don’t have to leave the hotel - a lot of amenities and forms of activity are offered. Perhaps only Spa didn’t really catch my attention. The food is delicious. Logistics to the city - cable car or taxi. Or on foot :) Speaking of smog at the end of the season - there is much less of it at the top, the air is cleaner. next door - zip lining/bungee jumping/paragliding. Thanks to Raj for the impeccable service at private dining.

What a perfect experience! ! ! Entering the hotel is like being in a paradise, far away from the hustle and bustle of the small town below the mountain. When the weather is good, the snow-capped mountains seem to be close at hand, and every cell is stretched. The food in the restaurant is also very rich and delicious, and the service of the staff will make you feel at home.

This is a hotel with a wonderful view. The stay was also comfortable.

There are too many inconveniences to give this money. There are many cheap places nearby with good views

Sarangkot Mountain Lodge was a wonderful experience.. We got a warm welcome in traditional Nepali style.. We came for family trip and it has a lot to enjoy right from mesmerising views to food, pool and world class hospitality.. The staff was very courteous and ready to help in just a word from you (specially Mr. Kamal and Ms. Kalpana).. The food was too yummy as compared to what we expect from mountain lodges.. The infinity pool was a nice experience.. The lodge has multiple in house sports to involve kids.. The view of clouds under your feet is mesmerising.. The spa was relaxing.. We missed Sunrise & Sunset due to cloudy conditions.. In short a ‘not to miss’ destination if you are in Pokhra.

Memorable stay, one of the best location in Sarongkot. The hotel staff is extremely warm, friendly & professional. Roshan, Raj, Sudip & the other crew members are excellent. Food at the restaurant is excellent & economical. Highly recommended

They have given Best services and hospitality. They provided everything we need in time . Swimming pool is also great . Food are very tasty and excellent with great taste . Also the view from balcony is magnificent. Pickup service were also very good .

This place is amazing love the view beautiful rooms and excellent staff they are really sweet and friendly . Also the food is fantastic would definetely recommend. There are adventure sports near by so you dont have to go far away Like paragliding,ziplining,bunjee jumping etc

The Sarangkot Mountain Lodge was a perfect getaway perched high above Pokhara overlooking the valley. Though we visited during the off-season when it’s mostly cloudy, we still caught some spectacular views of the Annapurna mountain range from our balcony. The staff is very professional, friendly, and caring and helped us arrange day trekking and other activities. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes and everything we ordered was delicious. HIGHLY recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area!

The resort is very nice. Breakfast spread is too good. The welcome is hot warming. The only drawback I can see is that it is on a hilltop and you will be requiring a vehicle every time you need to come down to Pokhara City for shopping. The view of sunrise from the hotel balcony is breathtaking if you are the lucky one with regards to climate. I would suggest one day stay in this resort and remaining days at the resort located in Pokhara at foothills near lake.

We had a great experience at the lodge! The staff were amazing, especially Nabin Mandal who went out of his way numerous times to ensure we had the best accommodations possible. The location of the property is amazing with access to stunning views and short trips to key adventure sports such as paragliding and zip-lining. All-in-all this is a must stay at hotel for anyone visiting Pokhara.

We had a comfortable stay in proximities of majestic Himalaya. The hotel is beautifully placed on the lap of mountains. It’s endeavour towards ‘go green’ is highly appreciated. A warm welcome, smiling staffs and ethnic decoration will be remembered for long.
