We booked this restaurant in November 2023 for our wedding anniversary believing that it was called Sebastian's. I emailed through our gift voucher number the week before our arrival but didn't get a response. Someone called me from the restaurant 2 days prior to arrival to confirm our booking. I noticed on their website, when calling them back to confirm, that it said that the restaurant was permanently closed. I asked the girl if this was the case and she said no, and that she would get someone to look into it. We were looking at the menu on the day of our booking and it still said that the restaurant was permanently closed. We went to the restaurant and pressed the button to get in and asked the girl if the restaurant was closed, and she said that it was no longer called Sebastian's, and she would check if our gift voucher was valid. She came back and said that all the senior management were at a conference, very convenient, and NO our gift voucher would not be honoured. This was very disappointing, especially seeing that it was our anniversary. Tower Lodge should have emailed me back stating that they would not honour our gift voucher when I sent them the email. Absolutely disgusting!!!! We did not eat at your restaurant but you still send me a survey to fill in on my email account. You certainly have massive communication problems which need to be addressed.
