McCaffrey's was such a lovely, cosy cottage. The McCaffrey's offered little touches to the stay, such as a bottle of wine from their vineyard and sticks/logs that they had collected prior to our arrival that were placed by the fireplace ready for use; this just added to the genuine, welcoming and caring nature. The location was great too; close to the main restaurants, bars etc, but also secluded in terms of noise pollution etc. We had a minor issue with the door not locking, I texted Danielle, and this was attended to in a timely manner.

Cute little cottage that was in the perfect location opposite where we were attending a wedding. The flys & mozzies were a bit of a problem as there are no screen doors. The shower head in the bathroom would not stay up either, thus made showers a bit interesting. Very nice friendly owner.

What a beautiful place to stay. It's not very often we choose the fancy places, we normally have a tight budget, but orignally this was purely chosen for its location, it was close to a wedding we were off to, but so glad we did, it was worth every cent, this gorgeous Cottage was perfect. It had every thing we needed, it was beautiful and clean and Danielle was an absolute pleasure to deal with in the booking process and her friendly face at check in was a delight! Not to mention the wine they produce was on point! Highly recommend!

Thanks Danielle and family for an amazing stay at your cottage. Easy to get to and close to all the major attractions in the valley. You are a great host and the cottage was amazing, very comfortable. All the extras you included which was not mentioned when we booked was truly appreciated. Shelley and I will definitely be back when next in the Hunter. Thanks again.

Excellent stay at McCaffrey’s Estate, the cottage had everything we needed & wanted. The swimming pool was a huge plus given the exceptionally hot weather. Danielle & Declan are wonderful hosts & couldn’t do enough to make our stay a memorable one. We also booked wine tasting with them which was also really great. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Absolutely wonderful. Pretty and comfortable cottage in beautiful surroundings. Welcoming and helpful hosts . Great breakfast with cereals , eggs and bacon provided. Close to all wineries ( including their own) and restaurants and the Gardens. We will be back

I recently stayed at McCaffrey's Estate and was thoroughly impressed by the level of comfort offered. The room I stayed in was cozy, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby each night. The estate itself is beautifully maintained, with lush gardens and a serene atmosphere that made it easy to relax and unwind. I would highly recommend McCaffrey's Estate to anyone looking for a cozy and relaxing stay. The attention to detail and high level of service truly set this accommodation apart and made my stay unforgettable. I will definitely be back for another visit in the future!

Beautiful location and well maintained cabins and property. My kids loved feeding the chickens, kangaroo spotting and the swimming pool. Excellent breakfast options and easy access to local attractions. Would definitely stay there again!

Lovely stay in the Merlot cabin. Bedrooms compact, yet comfortable. Kitchen well -equipped and nice outside dining area & BBQ. Beautiful peaceful surroundings overlooking the vineyards & Danielle a helpful host. Would definitely stay here again.
