No es como se muestra en las fotos.Las habitaciones extremadamente pequeñas, con una cama pegada a la pared y el baño exageradamente chico.
El club de playa NO es del hotel, está en Monopoli.
Y su terraza es el Restaurant del hotel sin vista.
El personal muy atento pero no regresaría.

I give this hotel a 2 star review because 1) the staff was friendly, helpful and the owner was very sweet. 2) Also, the location of the hotel is right in the center of everything and that part was great. However, the rest gets a 1-star review. I booked a standard room with a queen size bed. The room was very small, with very little space to move around. The bathroom was the worse part, it was right next to the bed and had no privacy because the wall is basically glass...see-through glass by the small shower, partially tainted glass by the toilet. Thankfully, the sliding door (without lock) to go in was made out of wood. The breakfast was acceptable, but certainly nothing special at all.

We wilden op dit terras lunchen en bestelde een gemixte schotel kaas en vlees. We kregen er geen brood bij. Het vlees en de kaas was van supermarkt kwaliteit. Koffie was niet lekker. Toen naar de toilet, die was alleen voor gasten vertelde ze. Ik vertelde dat ik op terras zat en de serveerster die ons had bediend vroeg me aan te wijzen waar. Dit gedaan hebbend mocht ik van de toilet gebruik maken.

pessima esperienza al caffè in piazza, mi sono pentita di essermi fermata qua,servizio orribile, dopo aver aspettato tanto,durante l’ordinazione la cameriera mi ha detto che non mi stava ascoltando e ho dovuto ripetere l’ordine e nonostante ciò, mi è stata servita una cosa sbagliata. prezzo esorbitante 20€ per due ice caffè due cornetti e un cappuccino col ghiaccio. sono qui a scrivere questa recensione solo perché la signora lo chiedeva ribadendo che era un locale nuovo.

They are the best people you can meet while you travel. They treat you like a family. The room was impeccable. Location is the best. For us departing early, they prepared fruits, breads and drinks. It was very impressive. This was our second visit to this hotel. Will recommend and stay again next time.

Ho soggiornato 3 notti in questo meraviglioso hotel di lusso a conduzione familiare ,nel cuore di Polignano. La famiglia che lo gestisce è molto disponibile e premurosa e fa sentire il cliente come a casa . La posizione é perfetta per muoversi a piedi per Polignano. É presente un ascensore di cristallo che porta al rooftop , dal cuále si puo avere una bellissima vista del paese. Le camere sono luminose, spaziose, eleganti e pulite. L' hotel dispone di un bar che da direttamente sulla piazza principale. I camerieri di servizio sono veloci e attenti e i cocktail sono molto ben curati . Il barman ha delle mani d' oro ! Non ho dubbi sul fatto che torneró sicuramente. Grazie per averci fatto provare questa bellissima esperienza e averci fatto sentire super coccolati !

Reviewing the bar on the square. Over priced drinks compared to the bars either side Soulless service. Overpriced drinks and the service charge added is ridiculous (the nibbles were nice though) The place is the Six Star and most certainly isn’t even 1 star !!!! Avoid at all costs !!!!
