Very friendly and attentive staff. Basan and his team catered for our every need. Very relaxed environment with great food and in a perfect position between Patnem and Palolem beaches. Recently I had stayed at Hotel My Soulmate. The Room was average. It was stuffy . It was observed that parking space is limited within the property for a maximum of 8 LMVs. The Washroom was not clean with see through open holes. The mattress(spring mattress, I assume) was literally pathetic. The facility doesn't offer a breakfast within the vicinity and one need to go to a restaurant outside the premises wherein you could choose one of the options available, which is again limited. The support staffs were really cooperative and friendly.

Sea Front is a great place to stay, beautifully positioned on the beach, very efficiently run, warm and friendly restaurant staff (especially Bobby and Rocky) and great rooms. We had 2 large AC cottages facing the beach for the post Christmas period. A little pricey because of the peak season but worth it. Kept very clean (rooms cleaned and linen and towels changed every couple of days) Water bottles every day. Quiet at night no disturbance from beach or restaurant, just the lovely sound of the waves. Only niggle was the Ac was a little temperamental as did not always work due to voltage issues but team were responsive in trying to sort it out and we didn’t need it at night time anyway. AlL in all a wonderful place to stay, calm and peaceful and away from the crowds of Patnem with great food, good service and an amazing location. We will be back!!

Wonderful hospitality! Wonderful property, lush Green, amazing sunset from the beach and great experience 🙏🌺The spa was awesome with Shruti and Rebecca, did a wonderful job. My friends and me were really rejuvenated 🌺🙏It was truly a wonderful experience 🙏🙏🙏The staff at Pheni Veni , evening high tea time was also enjoyable with great service provided by Anirban and his team , especially Larab !! They all truly deserve a pat on their back. The stay was overall fun and enjoyable 🙏🌺We really enjoyed our stay and had a great time with friends. As we were all senior citizens, there are a couple of suggestions, one lift alone and the reception makes it tiring for us to reach rooms that are far away. We suggest to increase no of lift access, and reserve rooms near lift for senior citizens. Otherwise everything was great 🙏🙏

This was my very first visit to Goa & this Hotel contributed in making my holiday the best! What a great base! The location is perfect, literally a 2 minute walk to the beachfront. I had everything I needed here & the Staff were helpful at all times day & night. I felt a little off for one day, just climatising I think, the Staff noticed, asked if I wanted a doctor (which I didn't need), gave me a couple of tips and kept an eye on me all day. This made me feel very safe indeed as I'd never visited the country before, it really did make a difference. Would definitely recommend this hotel on all aspects .

We had visited a few hotels and then finally ended up here. The hotel is beautiful with a clean pool to relax. The rooms are spacious, and are incredible value for money as compared to the other options we checked around Palolem beach. This hotel is about a 9-10min drive to the beach which makes it the perfect place to stay at. The non vegetarian food was lip smacking delicious. The staff was very courteous, and the people here were very helpful. I'd left my credit card in the parking lot by mistake, and Ajit from the resort was nice enough to courier it over to me. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to explore Palolem and nearby places.
