It rained and the roof leaked within minutes, soaking the floor and bed. Had to leave in the middle of the night to get alternative accommodation and have asked for a refund and got no response. Given the state of the ceiling and the dampness of the room (including mould on the pillow inside in the pillowcases), I cannot imagine this is the first time this happened. Would avoid at all costs - a poorly maintained and unusable property.

We stayed at Palolem Inn for two weeks in December 2023. We liked our room and the comfortable bed. The room was cleaned every day. The areas outside of the room (hall, staircase etc) are not well maintained. A pity because with some effort everything could look a lot better. Palolem is the perfect beach destination. The bay is really beautiful. There are many restaurants in Palolem. Our favorite for breakfast is German Bakery. For dinner we went several times to Royal Italy and to Nest (on the beach). I hope come back to Palolem!

Excellent , rooms are clean and knit Staff is very good and cooperative restaurant dharma provides very nice and tasty food 👍👍👍👍 Swimming pool is there with very good conditions Service is very good All persons from hotel are very friendly And very cooperative.

Comfortable rooms, with AC, and the bonus of a swimming pool, good value for money, and only a few mins walk to the beach! Though, it’s the service that really makes your stay here! Huge thanks to Shlaubaba, for his exceptional service. He really went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our time here! Highly reccomend! Added bonus, the food is very tasty, and very reasonably priced!

Это не отлель а кошмар и чудовищная антисанитария!, плесень, грчзь, грибок (!!)и паразты в номере и ванной. Простыни грязные и со следами крови(!!) Чудовищно. Недопустимо. И совершенно не дёшево. Зсказывали через букинг на 10 днец и очень пожалели, считали минуты чтобы уехать оттуда
