Cocos Beach Resort

The staff at cocos resort is very rude & arrogant. Would highly recommend not to visit their bar, restaurant & "ROOMS". We ordered a hookah which was not at all good & was a bit broken from the top. It's pipe had a lot of water in it & the food which we ordered ***** with hookah also came after 30 mins. So, think twice if you are planning to stay here.

Had a wonderful stay and experience in cocoa beach resort. The people there are great and very helpful. They are flexible with the timings.

If your are reading my review please for God sake don't even think to stay at this resort the restaurant service is pathetic, all waiters treats you with disrespect and they give to expired food products and try to scams you with money in all the possible ways, it's better to stay on road then stay here. Even there restaurant Manager Raj doesn't help in this situation, pathetic service. It was us 3 people having hookha and the staff says hookha can be only done by 2 people and not more than 40 minutes. Plus we paid 800 for hookha. And yes they try to manipulate Google reviews.

Here's an example of a harsh review for a hotel experience: --- Worst Experience Ever! Avoid at All Costs! I can't begin to describe how utterly awful my stay at this hotel was. The room was filthy, and I mean disgusting—it felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Stains on the sheets, dirt all over the floors, and a stale, unbearable smell as soon as you walked in. The staff? Completely useless and rude! Any request was met with rolling eyes and a "can't be bothered" attitude. It felt like they were doing me a favor by even acknowledging my presence. Customer service doesn’t exist in this place. As for the so-called amenities, don't let their website fool you. The pool was a joke, dirty and clearly neglected. The restaurant? Inedible food and shockingly overpriced for what was served—if you like bland, cold slop, this place is for you. The worst part? Cockroaches. Yes, you read that right. I found cockroaches crawling in the bathroom. Absolutely unacceptable! This place ruined my vacation. If you value your sanity and health, STAY FAR AWAY from this dump. Palolem deserves better than this horrendous excuse of a hotel. --- This should convey the frustration and disappointment in a harsh, direct tone.

DISGUSTING FOOD & RUDE STAFF - DO NOT STAY HERE! This hotel is a complete disaster! The food is GROSS—cold, stale, and tasteless. The restaurant is dirty, and the bar serves watered-down drinks. The service is HORRIBLE, and the staff are rude and don’t care at all. They took forever to bring anything and acted like we were a problem. Honestly, you're better off staying in a hostel than wasting your money here. This hotel is NOT worth it. If you want good food and decent service, AVOID THIS PLACE at all costs!

Super friendly staff. Location is great. Amazing food. Party place. Kids friendly. Staff has enjoyed a lot with us. Overall lovely stay

The property is very good and the provided service was nice. The resort is on the beach and beach facing hut will be the right choice

Very bad experience booking this hotel if i had booked the manager said could had got ground floor and beach facing rooms and better service, inspite of black membership and reminding hotel and coustomer service for ground floor room i was not entertained also staff didn't give room service and we had to actually raise our voice to get room cleaned and room service

One of the most unprofessional staff and management also food quality is poor and I can call it very very bad service. I booked my bookings from MakeMyTrip and I had specified i want ground floor cottage beach front which I had booked i called almost 2-3 times emailed the hotel and MakeMyTrip but I never got the rooms I wanted and management kept telling me don't book through MakeMyTrip and you should had booked with us directly if you wanted room of your choice I even had heated arguments with the management and staff which was waste as very unprofessional staff, the ac service was done while I was staying even room service was given on day 1 but day 2 the bartender Monu said ask your kids and family to come down and eat your meals in resturent there is no phone no one picks your calls and even check out I had to ask to take the bags till my car overall very bad experience so family must avoid such property.
