The rooms are old, but the service is friendly

Hotel close to the airport, large swimming pool with direct access to the beach, great restaurant. Great attention to cleanliness and polite service. The only minus of Burgas is a small town with few active attractions. A more passive holiday for those who like to relax :)

We stayed in this hotel in July 2023. In the ranking of the worst hotels I have visited, this hotel takes second place. The first place, perhaps, went to a hostel for sailors in the Seychelles with corridors covered with oil paint, but at a 4-star price! So, in order, about Festa Pomorie: Cleaning: everything is very dirty everywhere, there is only one elevator - also all dirty! Vasya hotel is tiled, the feeling of a hospital and the smell of dampness is everywhere! The rooms are cleaned terribly! Bed linen was changed 3 times in 3 weeks, and only after they gave a tip! Room cleaning consists only of changing towels! The carpet has not been vacuumed even once in three weeks! Cuisine and food: Utter horror! The smell of a school canteen in the 90s in Russia and the dishes are like in the same school canteen! The food is prepared tastelessly, it is impossible to eat a single dish! A lot of expired products, judging by the appearance and taste! We paid for two meals a day! I was in the canteen three times, the smell of these dishes made me sick, like in a school canteen! I give practical advice to the hotel management: kick all the cooks out of the dining room, hands are growing out of nowhere and they don’t cook food, they only spoil it! This is what you need to do with regular scrambled eggs for breakfast, so that even it is impossible to put in your mouth! Absolutely mediocre cooks!!! Get them all out on the street!!! The vacation was completely ruined by the disgusting smells from the dining room that were everywhere! Dear Russians, my advice to you: Don’t spoil your vacation! There is nothing to do in this hotel, where the management has no idea what the service should be in a 4 star hotel! They put the stars on the façade and they think that’s enough! Hotel management is no good, there is no understanding of normal service! They don’t know how to organize a 4-star business, let them go to neighboring Turkey! In Turkey, even the cheapest three stars will be an order of magnitude better than living and relaxing in Festa Pomorie! There is nothing to do in this hotel!
