It was our best experience with all inclusive program in hotels. The rooms are tidy, cleaned every day, spacious and pretty luxury even with mini bar once time included. During the stay we enjoyed the vine tasting of local vines with á la carte dinner (choose of 3 possibilities) which was delicious. The animation program is rich, unconstrained and very funny thanks to the animators who are friendly, responsible, talkative and willing. We enjoyed almost every activity and this is the way how I wish the animation program should be prepared. The nourishment is very rich and various, with amazing grilling specialities, delicious desserts and time to time specialities like shrimps, fishes or pilgrim’s shells. The hotel compound contains many swimming pools, bars with drinks and cocktails and refreshments even with fresh juices, wellness activities with saunas and steam-baths included and swimming pool inside. You may profit from sun-beds and parasols around swimming pools and even on the beach included. This is the first time I'm thinking about going back to a place again.

Nice 4 star hotel. Great animation team, regards to Igor, Sofia and Hris. I enjoyed it. The beach is close but there are only two shops nearby. I recommend a trip to Nesebar. Food super, somewhere I heard that there are queues for drinks and food and thats absolutely not true everything works fine. The only thing I didn't understand is the architecture of the hotel sometimes you have to take the elevator up to get down which is ridiculous. Sincerely, Jacob from the Czech Republic

Came as a family of 4 with our friends also a family of 4! Extemely happy with the hotel overall- the food is amazing, the rooms are large abd clean, the pools and spa are grearlt but above all the best thing was the ANIMATION TEAM! Those guys ( 2boys and 2 girls) were amazing and went above and beyond to make activities and games for kids and adults day and night! Being wih 4 kids the animation team won us and we will be back again next season and hope to see them again then! Highly recommend!

The best animation program we have seen! We are very happy with the way the animators were playing with our kids! We came here because its close to the sea but we never expected the staff will be so nice and they will put so much effort into their job! We will be back, they won us as loyal customers and we look forward to coming again !

Don’t listen to all the hate reviews for this hotel. It’s an overall nice and good hotel for the price. (IF YOU SEE VALERIA AS A BARTENDER, SHES SO GOOD AT MIXING DRINKS) Cons: Was dropped off like 200m away from the hotel on the road, and was told to follow in a path. Met the gates of the hotel, luckily the bellboy saw us and let us in. One of the bartenders mix a little bit too strong drinks Not alot to see in Pomorie. I suggest you go to Burgas. Pros: Food is very nice, and theres something new every day. They have an icecream bar. Alot of desserts. Many different foods to eat. They also have an own diet section. Many different pools, big and not as many people in the pools. Rooms are nice and clean, the cleaners make it very nice. Big rooms, kind of luxury. Nice beds. Overall hotel is big, many things to do. You have games, sauna, etc. Beach is 100m away from the hotel. They have massage, manicure, etc right outside the hotel in the same building underneath. They come offering special prices at the pool, we got a full body massage for only 40BGN each! They have alot of «Water Activities» in the day. It’s a soccer field, playground. Overall for a price of 650$ each for a week, this was worth it

After reading all reviews of this hotel honestly i was scared to be taking my family! We arrived 3:30am 2 adults ans 2 children (ages 6 & 12) we was dropped at end of road and told walk up a street when we got there the gates to hotel was padlocked i tried ringing hotel no answer tried tui who booked with nothing luckily a security guard seen us after about 25 mins and said they had dropped us in wrong place but let us in check in was fine the lady was amazing got our room breakfast was ok some days food was cold but for price we paid there was always something to eat hotel was quiet so easily got sunbed near pool there is a local supermarket get inflatables etc from, only thing is at 12pm they turn music off so literally after then round pool no music so think definitely need something all day! Staff at pool bar was lovely its all clean our hotel room was cleaned to a good standard the pool side snacks were always cold unless you got as soon as they came out as they wasnt covered but after 4 days of being there it was covered so maybe someone said something but in main restaurant again food ok! Bar manager julien was amazing such a lovely man nothing was to much my son wanted a blue drink so he made him a blue drink! Always looking out for quests if your there ask for julien special its a lovely cocktail not in menu ! Unfortunately our shower screen smashed in middle of night waking us and scaring my 2 kids it came out wall luckily no1 was in there to be hurt but as no1 was in reception till 8am we had stay in the room they did move our room and later on check we was ok! So that was nice! Entertainment staff are amazing but they need help to do more things but it was quiet so maybe as picks up they will do more throughout day but they work so hard i would defo come back again for sure dont let the negative comments put you off! The hotel is lovely pomorie is quiet but worth a visit

We’ve had the best holiday at Via pontica and have to give a massive thank you to Hris, Dany and Onur the animation team for making our holiday so amazing ! They kept us entertained the whole time we were here and were such nice, friendly people who worked really hard to make sure everyone was having fun. Now to the hotel, it’s beautiful! The rooms are modern and the bathroom is really nice too. The area is quiet but I liked that. Only 5 minute walk to the beach which was lovely, the warmest sea I’ve ever been in! There’s a nice beach bar too if you fancy a drink while you’re there. When we first arrived after a delayed flight the lovely receptionist Analiya checked us in and gave us a bag each with some food and water which was well needed. Analiya was great at answering any questions we had and was always really helpful! The food was really good too, I have a family of fussy eaters and we always found something they liked. The chef does a great job catering to a range of nationalities so obviously you’re not going to like everything but the chef will happily make you something if you don’t see anything you like. We absolutely loved our holiday and would love to come back again!

Stayed here as a family of 7, 3 adults and 4 kids middle to end of September, arrived late at night to be greeted by a lovely lady on reception who checked us in me gave us all a pre packed lunch which was a nice surprise as we weren’t expecting anything, it contained rock hard sandwich with ham which looked like it had gone off the week before and a hard croissant, bottle of water and an apple, lovely offer but the water and apple was appreciated by all. Rooms are lovely and clean and very modern! Unfortunately there is little to no space for storage which meant the 4 of us were living out of our suitcases all week and no where to store them so felt like they were kinda in the way! The pools were by far the best thing about the place, we spent 5 out of 7 days in and out the pool the kids loved it, but cold when you first get in but you soon warm up with the warm weather All inclusive drinks were okay, abit hit and miss with the cocktails and the wine because end of season literally giving us whatever they had left! Now to the food! Oh my wow! I could have gone to prison and been fed better, on a morning breakfast had an omelette station, when she was there, a few times we asked and they just said no not today, once they said that I got beans on toast (literally only other edible thing other than the omelette on the buffet!) sat down and out come the chef asking if I wanted the omelette, by this point was just having my beans on toast! Lunch and dinner looked like the chef was just throwing whatever he could find and serving it! By day 2 they ran out of tomato sauce so said not getting anymore in! End of season! Got sick of listening to that by the need of the holiday, I understand it’s end of season but surely we shouldn’t get just the leftovers and scraps! No shops nearby as all had closed and no other restaurants other than a 30 min bus ride away into sunny beach, which we done and ate out twice! My 5 year old son had tears in his eyes when he had a bite of his food at the restaurant because it’s the only decent thing he had tasted! I’m not a fussy eater but everything looked either undercooked or just thrown together as all inclusive the food is a big part and it was a massive let down! The hotel itself is literally in the middle of derelict buildings! Everything including other hotels is boarded up! There is literally nothing about unless you want a 30 min bus ride, entertainment consisted off a 30 minute mini disco for the kids every night at 8-8.30 but exact same thing every night by day 4 my kids were just making their own entertainment playing football or in the nearby park by the beach, beach is abit run down too but I’m guessing that’s because there’s nothing about All in all if I came back to Bulgaria I would not go anywhere near this hotel! reception staff are absolutely lovely! Bar staff too busy on their phones to care and entertainment team you see for about 30 mins a day if that!
