The service from the front desk was very good. No one cleaned the room after the first night which meant the trash cans were not emptied and the coffee supply was not refurbished. I did not expect new linens as it was a two night stay. The room was overall clean. I did find clothing from another client in a drawer. The room was advertised as having a desk, but the desk space had a microwave, coffee pot and ice bucket. Therefore there was no desk space. I found that the room was basically the same design as other motels for the same price but did not have a small refrigerator. Overall I was satisfied as the location was perfect for my needs.

No ac in the halls, they keep the ac off in the rooms until it is assigned. How hot do you think the rooms are in south Louisiana July heat?! Even the roaches die of heat exhaustion then they were left where they died. Then the smell! It is horrible. Front desk said it was a room with a dog. It was the entire second floor and in the rooms. It made me vomit. In the room, the phone did not work. The outlets on one wall didn’t work, others were so loose the plug would fall out. The bath took an hour to drain after a shower. Don’t stay here!

The rooms are very dated, stained floors and tubs, rusty towel holders, corners of walls missing, My husband saw roaches on the wall in the eating area. We had a problem with someone staying next to us blaring their tv all night. We were told there were others that also complained. We ended up leaving very early morning. We were told that we would get a comp room today but never heard from anyone . Not a working phone in room and they moved us to a new room their was no phone. I used iron and rust came out on my Easter blouse. Not happy at all and we will never return.

Dirt and food under bed. Moved to 2nd room. TV remote had no batteries. Desk clerk said he couldn’t find any so no TV. Bathroom tile grout moldy. Toilet had black dirt?? in bottom and when flushed water was dark brown. Bath tub was dirty. Back of chair broken. Overall miserable experience. Hotel staff uncooperative and had a don’t care attitude.

After reading the reviews I was skeptical, but overall it wasn’t bad. Yes the hotel needs updating especially in the bathroom. We were in a studio suite and it was on the small side, but it had a microwave, mini fridge, and a sink. The room was clean, the sheets were clean, the A/C worked really well. One negative was you could not see out the window due to being dirty, but nothing pressure washing couldn’t fix. The guy at the front desk didn’t act like he knew how to check us in, and the rest of the staff were just sitting in the lobby everytime we went in and out, which was strange. We had no intention of eating the continental breakfast, but it was only oatmeal and bagels which I figured.
