There was no staff at reception when i wanted to check out, i had to leave my keys and leave and i had sleep thristy because there was no one i could ask for water from. The restaurants v foods didn't open until 11am.

The service was a bit poor. We were out, sightseeing and got a call from the hotel at 12 noon saying that our room is ready. We arrived at 2 pm and had to wait for a while again because they were still cleaning the room. Hence the check-in was not pleasant. The room is spacious and clean but the bathroom is a bit untidy.

Yeah overall everything is good i had very good sleep bed is good room ambient also good and the hotel food is nice f pr price and service is very nice overall it is good.

The check in time is 2 pm but advertised as noon time. Room was not clean and ready upon arrival at 3 pm on 26th dec 2023. Only 1 towel was provided although had booked room for 2 guests. Hot water was not available for shower. Car parking area is very limited. Reception response was below par. Better options available close by in the vicinity such as Treebo hotels which gives much superior service at similar pricing.
