Too small room but name is deluxe not. Satisfied. Room cost is high but not worth-able & location is outer pondicherry

Pros:
1. Good housekeeping. 2. Polite and responsible staff. Any issues reported in the room were addressed asap. 3. Homely and healthy breakfast. Cons:
1. The room had less moving space for 2 people. 2. Wifi connectivity was not so good inside room.

Room was very small than expected. If we booked for 3 people it should have suggested that bed is not enough. There was no space for an extra bed as well. Washroom's flush was not working. Basic toiletries not provided (except towel and soap. No option for extra serving of breakfast item if needed. Room door lock was jammed. Expected breakfast would be a buffet. Could have been served little earlier than 9. 15am.
