Excellent location, close to all popular places. Neat and clean rooms. Courteous staff. Overall had an amazing experience.

The hotel is dirty, absolutely foul, bed sheets has dirt, awful smell, looks like 500 rs per night guest house which they are charging rs per night. There is no parking for the hotel, no valet, you have to go and park on your own and it is far from the hotel. The service is atrocious. The only positive thing is the beach is just opposite to the hotel. I would give -1 if i could.

Sea view from hotel was excellent, however checking time was very bad and we got room at 5pm and they told us to leave the room by 12pm next day although i was ready to pay extra but did not get it otherwise sea view and staffs were good.

Poorly trained staff for a hotel that takes 4000 per night. The fan in the room was dirt clad. Rooms are small. The complementary breakfast has limited options and it's not a buffet.

This hotel is located in front of the sea but most of the rooms have only walls to see. It was a mistake to book this hotel as it is just a small hotel with no food & any facilities. I only have the privilege to stay close to sea, go out whenever you want, that's all about this hotel. Too small rooms sums up my experience.

Location of the property and view from the sea facing rooma is it's usp. Staff is courteous. The property doesn't have a restaurant. They do serve breakfast in the room but options are limited. The biggest drawback of the property was it wasn't maintained and everything from room to linen to bathroom design to furniture in room looked pretty old and needed replacement. Paying so high price for a room with zero amenities like no pool, no restaurant, smelly elevators seemed not a good choice if compared to other properties in the same area. That being said the staff is very good and prompt.
