The room is not clean and congested, dirty bathrooms. There is no refund for cancellation. Room is not worth it for 4500

Cleanliness is very poor. Network coverage is poor. Door locks are not working. Overall all very much disappointed. When we asked for water to drink they are telling it us chargeable. They never concerned about that.

Staff behaviour is very rude and unacceptable. I was stuck in the lift for 5 mins, upon pressing the emergency call button the alarm beeped. The staff who opened the door was arrogant and shouting saying i should not be using that button. He didn't even bother to ask what the problem was with the lift. Seems like he doesn't understand what an emergency call button means! cockroach alert! the room had many baby cockroaches crawling around.

There is no wifi, and small television, intercom m is not working. Complimentary breakfast has been procured from outside. There is no complimentary water bottle. We have paid more than 5k as room rental. There no value for money.
