The service was very very disappointing!! Not even the essentials were given. To be more precise, there aren't even towels and tissues. I needed to go down to the reception and ask for the towels and tissues since the landline wasn't working either. The amount that we paid for the room wasn't worth at all. The following day in spite of asking to replace a used towel, they didn't bother, so we ended up using the wet towels for the next day as well. In addition to this, surprisingly they put the same bedsheet upside down so the minor stain that has on it can be covered by the blanket. Ridiculous though!! Long Story Short..... On the day we checked out, we spoke to the Hotel Manager, He was polite enough to tell us that due to busy and long weekends, the management was running out of laundry, and we were informed that there was only limited inventory the management had issued for the hotel. POOR MANAGEMENT!!!!! NOT WORTH THE STAY, SORRY TO SAY THIS, THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE IS NOT EXPECTED IN THE PRIME LOCATION.
