Came to celebrate my birthday and had a nice time. Everyone smiles at you. Got a cake from them too.. Pro: -Service is super fast and feel like luxury. -Indoor pool was great and very clean. -Gym had trainers in the evening i guess. -Breakfast spread was huge with both veg and non veg. English breakfast was also wide. -centre of the city yet so quiet -Bed is huge and rooms are okaying spacious - iPad with lot of high tech - expresso was had to make but they give help u. - good Wi-Fi - valet parking Con: Asked for room cleaning late evening but didn’t do it. Tv controls in iPad for other entertainment apps are hard .(can provide normal tv control extra too

The bathroom is very bad toilet smell, all come out , called many times complaining, no reaction , spent 12000INR getting one room , so bad

Good hotel with good amenities. Good location. Just the 3 rooms in front near the road has loud sound from cars. Try to avoid the front 3-4 rooms. Welcome was excellent. Reception staff excellent. Breakfast area staff averaging in serving. Sometimes not so willing to serve. As no manager was there to supervise as per my understanding and observations.

The hotel is very good for luxury stay hospitality is very good they have given a wonderful welcome with crafted chain and tender coconut. Rooms are near and clean with all accessories. Highlighted part is all the controls in one Tab. Light ac tv curtains and all the option are controlled in one Tab.. Breakfast also very good.. Recommended hotel in pondicherry.

Exlent serious thank you very much , the food was very superb and good and the hotel ambience was amazing which was in white town theam, thr room is controlling BTW tab is very good and advance, Raji was very great while check in to check out, she was delighted

Staying was very nice and the approach is good …rooms are excellent with the I pad controls is very good technology …breakfast was too yummy and spread also good and neat …ambience of the hotel was such a pleasent one …excellent and knowledgeable staffs in the front desk especially raji , kamali, chan was so helful

This was a true five star experince! Was welkomer with a shell neckless and a fresh coconut to drink. Rooms are big and is controlled by iPad. From lights to currtains. 3th floor had a pool table, fussball. Overall was is it a great experience. Restaurant was also very good.

Lovely hotel with modern feel. Very hi tech with rooms controlled by iPads. Food had lots of choice and high quality. Breakfast on second day was very busy which meant the food tended to run out. Spa was a nice addition good value but hard sell was a bit much. The town was very interesting especially White Town and the beach promenade. Staff were very good and helpful.

We came here as a couple. Actually we had a very good time over here. The staffs were really helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great. The swimming pool was neatly maintained. Overall, Ambience was great and it was a wonderful experience.

We had one of the best stays at Pondicherry at Residency. The staff is very efficient , humble warm and helpful. The amenities were excellent and we loved their Bike and Barrel pub. Thank you for the stay. My son loved game area with the mini golf. It’s a good relaxing property for family stays

The best hotel I have stayed in India. We were surprised to see games in the drawing room, never seen such a setup in other hotels. The kids loved the stay and the fully digital feature was amazing. The staff esp Ms Chandni was helpful and she made out stay comfortable.

The room was very spacious and the staff incredibly attentive and helpful with restaurant bookings. Special mention to the team at Pavilion restaurant, where the service at both breakfast and dinner was amazing. A big thanks to the team for making our stay memorable.
