The room is smelly and parking lot needs to be taken care of. The staff's service is excellent. The door lock is not working properly and it makes us feel insecurity.

We reached at 1. 10 at night. The person at tge reception was sleepy and not very welcoming. We booked 2 rooms but he didn’t give us at the same floor though rooms were available. When i enter the room noise was coming from the ac and it was somehow scary. After i complained they changed the room at 1. 45 am and he was behaving like he was doing a favour by changing the room

Normal water tap not available in washroom to mix with hot water for bath. Water was very hot. Dosas were not cooked properly
