1. Food is ok 2. Open wifi but rarely even connects with devices 3. Locality is congested 4. Underground parking - very tight space 5. Little noisy hallway

Not worth the price the room is dark with moulds and dampness. Not even cleaned and dusted. Toilet is leaking and broken you won’t get toilet paper also

Pros: hotel is 2 kms from the railway station and conveniently located. Food and service at the restaurant is decent. Cons: the royal suite was much smaller than expected and definitely cannot accommodate 5 pax. The bathroom was unpleasant with a persistent bad adour. To add to the poor experience, the guy at the reception is rude and a misfit to the hospitality industry. Limited options in the breakfast menu for folks who prefer less carbs and more protein.

Room is not clean,no proper support from reception I booked room for 4 person and they are charging for extra bed ..which is already paid for all

I recently stayed at abirami residency in pondicherry. The rooms are quite average, lacking any standout features or amenities. One significant drawback is that all the rooms are designated as smoking rooms, which can be uncomfortable for non-smokers. The smell of smoke was pervasive, and it detracted from the overall experience. While the location is convenient, the quality of the rooms and the smoke issue need addressing. If you’re sensitive to smoke or prefer a non-smoking environment, this may not be the best choice. Improvements in cleanliness and offering non-smoking options could greatly enhance the stay.

I booked room via makemytrip. There was a confusion at the time of check-in, but they resolved it quickly and allotted the room. Room was good but washrooms were not that good.
