My experience in double tree bintaro was overall 4.5/5.0 everything was perfect until the breakfast buffet. First of all staff was not attentive upon arrival and they simply just said seat wherever you want although there was no table available at that moment. So we had to ask around if the seats were available to dinning hall staffs. Also i asked one of the staff where is the sambal (hot sauce) and he asked me he doesn’t know where they put the hot sauce. It was a funny but kinda embarrassing situation if i was the staff at this hotel. Other than that it was overall good experience. Oh and there were No cotton buds in the amenities. So bring your own.

The room was very spacious and clean, and it was reasonably priced. There was a pool gym and a direct line to the mall. There were a few small insects in the room, but it was bearable. Being able to watch YouTube on the TV in the room was also a plus!

The front desk was rude and had a sloppy attitude. The staff didn't understand but kept saying yes. I sat in the lobby for a while waiting for a customer and asked for a bottle of water but no one came for 2 hours. I was really speechless. I spent at least 1.5w in the hotel. Is this the only service you know?
