Impressed from Day 1 with staff efficiency at this hotel. Arrived at approx 11pm and we were warmly greeted by Rosa (on reception) who informed us that our request for a room with a seaview and afternoon sun had been granted. Surprisingly the restaurant had stayed open to feed late arrivals which was an unexpected bonus. Room 828 was a little dated but what it lacked in modern decor was made up for in cleanliness. Similarly, the dining room was immaculately kept thanks to the hardworking staff. We never had to wait for a clean table and there was a decent variety of food on offer for breakfast and evening meal I like my food piping hot so just popped it in the microwave when necessary. Another positive was there were always free sunbeds anytime of the day. Entertainment was mainly low key (which suits us anyway). Enjoyed live singers 2 nights. There was also a bit of karaoke and quizzes going on if that was to your taste. One tiny improvement that would be beneficial for English tourists would be an information pack in the room. We weren't aware of some facilities/services until later in the week such as pool towels provided at reception. More information on the resort would also be useful. Thanks Playadulce for a lovely relaxing break.

Je déconseille cet hotel en formule "All inclusive". Celui ci n'est absolument pas un all inclusive, toutes les boissons ne sont pas incluses, meme pas un seul cocktail ! il faut payer un supplément. Côté nourriture c'est pareil, très PEU de choix en snack quasi tout payant. le buffet je vous en parle pas la qualité des repas est mauvaise et répétitive. Pour le repas du midi cela ouvre à 13h30 ce qui est tres tard avec des enfants. le "snack" de 17H se résume à un hamburger, une sorte de fruit, des minis croissants. Personnel affreusement désagréable et antipathique sauf les femmes de ménage au top. Personne ne parle anglais et aucune animation en anglais tout est en espagnol. RIEN a faire autour et plage en mini cailloux pas de sable fin. Bon point pour la chambre spacieuse propre et une belle vue et pour la jolie piscine. Sachez qu'il n'y a pas de pataugeoire !!! JE DECONSEILLE FORTEMENT, allez plutôt vers Roquetas

A nice hotel which we found to be spotless. Very nice rooms, there were 4 of us and we all had our own rooms. The food could be better and hotter, not that impressed with it at all. In fact dinning room was like a canteen. Geared very much towards families. No real entertainment for the older generation. Enjoyed it for the week we were there but wouldn't want to return. Definitely an adult only hotel next time we go on holiday.

Extraordinarias vacaciones. Las piscinas fantásticas con toboganes para todas las edades. El jacuzzi junto a las piscinas un acierto porque los más peques también quieren agua tenpladita como los mayores La animación fantástica. Gracias Noelia,Amparo,Pedro y Miguel, dais energía y alegría al hotel.La habitación temática un acierto,amplia,con dos baños, muy original y nuestras felicitaciones al Dpto de pisos en general porque tanto las habitaciones como las zonas comunes,todo impecable. El restaurante de 10,variedad en comidas,personal sonriente,,Fran,Juan,Irina y todos en general nos han dado un trato exquisito.Tan solo como sugerencia....cuchillos para cortar!! No se puede cortar un entrecot o pelar una fruta con un cuchillo de untar! Jeje.Bares super bien,con el Todo Incluido, ponían hasta meriendas,Gracias Juan,Curro....muy serviciales y amables.Recrpcion,Lidia y Rosa fantásticas.Incluso nos dieron una botella de agua en el check out para que el viaje de vuelta se nos hiciese más llevadero con los peques.Sin duda repetiremos.Aparcamiento alrededor del hotel sin problema,la playa frente al hotel,todo comodidad. Muchas gracias a todo el equipo porque venimos encantados.Carlos,Rocío,Carlitos y Mini Claudia.

Prima hotel, uitzicht fantastisch, suite geboekt, dus dit was inbegrepen.
Zeer ruime kamer met alle faciliteiten, vriendelijk personeel, ruim opgezet ontbijt met voor spaanse begrippen heerlijk stokbrood!
Ons verblijf met 2 dagen verlengd.
In februari is er nog niet veel te doen, maar het weer was super, dus niets te klagen.
