• I liked that the hotel looks out from a ridge across a valley and that different kinds of weather blow through the area.
• The staff went above and beyond my expectations when they found I had left my wedding ring in my hotel room and worked with me to return it to me. Good.

Staff was super friendly..... rooms on bottom floor had a door to parking lot which was not suitable for our family with young kids. Staff moved us rooms to 2nd floor but with only 2 beds but we had requested and paid for a room with 3 beds. Staff moved us to another suitable room. Room was clean but needed a deep cleaming in corners and bathroom and carpets needed to be carpet cleaned. Pool was pretty cold but hottub was hot. Kids and adults had a blast on the slide. Breakfast each morning was good, area was cleaned and food was stocked. Staff let us stay and play in the pool for a hour after check out. The pool washrooms are great with soap, shampoo and conditioner along with towels. We would stay again.

Best hotel experience i had in 30 years. Rooms were super clean and the staff was beyond friendly. They went over and beyond what i expected. I will be staying there again and highly recommend this hotel
