Très bon séjour à la Casa Conforto. Bien situé dans centre Ponta Delgada. Propre. Chambre spacieuse. Très bon petit déjeuner copieux. Accès à la cuisine.
Seul point faible : la chambre donnait sur la rue et donc bruyante à cause des voitures le soir et le matin. Bcp de circulation.
Mais je recommande tout de même.

Wir waren im Zimmer 11. Das Zimmer hatte ca. 30 Grad und die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Wir konnten aufgrund der Hitze kaum schlafen. Die Bettdecke hatte Flecken. Hoffentlich sind nicht alle Zimmer so…
Die Kommunikation mit der Reception war nicht kooperativ und unprofessionell. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder nach Ponta Delgada, aber nicht in dieses Hotel.

Die Unterkunft hat beim Betreten furchtbar und leider auch sehr lange gerochen. Angeblich das Putzmittel.
Die Fenster/Tür sollte wegen Ungeziefer nicht geöffnet werden.
Der Raum konnte somit nicht mit Frischluft versorgt werden. Das Kühlgerät läuft ja nur im Umluftbetrieb.
Wir haben trotzdem das Fenster/Tür geöffnet und dann festgestellt das wir zum Innenhof das Zimmer hatten und genau an unserer Wand drei Aussengeräte der Kühleinrichtungen montiert sind, die natürlich wenn sie laufen laut sind.
Zudem hat die Unterkunft keinen Aufzug, das Gepäck muss man auf der ersten Stock tragen.
Das Frühstück wird von einem externen Dienstleister in einem Korb morgens bereitgestellt. Viel Müll geht einher, Qualität mässig.
Alles in allem für zwei Nächte zum aushalten ok, aber keine hervorragende Bewertung wert. Nur einfach/mäßig.
Vorteil, sehr zentral gelegen. Man ist zu Fuss direkt im Zentrum.
