We stopped here on our way to the path of totality for the 2024 Eclipse. The hotel was extremely clean and very well maintained. Breakfast was great and all the staff were very pleasant. All in all a great experience. Only small hiccup was the WiFi wasn't working for about a half hour when we arrived but eventually booted back up.

This property is clean, looks clean and smells clean. The customer service towards our family was outstanding. We were there for my mothers funeral and showed us a later check out due to the tight timing. The breakfast was outstanding and very well taken care of. I’ve been in 5 stars not as nice!!!

I reserved room 307 and had to evacuate that room at 2am because of bed bugs in the bed next to the window. I reported the issue to the front desk and manager. I have not received a response as of yet.

We stay every year for one night after a long day of volunteer work. It is so nice to come to a place where you can relax, take a nice shower and sleep in a clean bed! Staff if super friendly. Special mention to D'Lora who took care of me when there was no vegetarian omelette at breakfast time. She made sure I got a cheese omelette and even walked it to my table! Talk about GREAT customer service!

I've stayed at this hotel several times and it's always a great experience. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean and the rooms are very comfortable. It's close to the interstate but you can't hear it at all. You'll get a good night's sleep and be ready for the next day. If you're in the area don't hesitate to stay here.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this Hampton for business in the last several years and each stay was excellent. There's really nothing negative to comment on. The young lady at the front desk at check-in was very friendly. The entire facility and rooms are clean and modern. Lots of outlets and USB plugs to utilize and walk in shower is great. Location is easily accessible being just off I-55 and just past the Wally's, which I also recommend. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Some shortfalls. Breakfast 2 days were great but weekend was not. Nobody was attending the breakfast area so everything was running out and nobody refilling it. One day eggs and sausage were cold and potatoes were not done. Oatmeal, coffee muffins were out. Waffle mix was at bottom and was so thin you could not use it. Syrup was out. Silverwear almost gone and it went on. For price you should get a decent breakfast.
