Great stay staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay. There are many restaurant nearby. Location was great. Room was clean, working all amenities Hotels doing some updating exterior and interior we’ve been coming to this location for last few years always notice they are doing something new

The beds are super comfortable! Room was clean and smelled really nice when walking in. Bathroom was clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful too. We didn’t get to have breakfast in the hotel since we were there to meet up with friends dad and family, but noticed there were several breakfast options and they seemed to change. The variety was impressive for a free breakfast and a board kept you updated on selection. The pool was open until 10 which seems later than what we are used to at other hotels. Overall a great stay!

I was very impressed how clean everything was, I even commented to the staff about how nice this hotel is being kept up. Very quiet too. I definitely would stay here again. Staff was great too. This hotel was kept up on the inside and the grounds wet also kept up. Very quiet and the mattress was very comfortable. I am happy that I chose this hotel, it can be a crap shot to find a nice clean place when traveling. Breakfast was ok, no big deal. I definitely would stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel from June 22 to 23 in room 226. The room is away from the street side and is quiet. The breakfast room is rather small, only sixteen chairs. The breakfast is simple and okay. The person in charge of the breakfast area will also be handling the guest check-out counter at the same time. There is only an ice machine on the ground floor.

From when we got there till when we left everyone was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and there was a nice grab and go selection at breakfast allowing us to get to our destination quicker.

We stay here when we travel in this area. Staff remembers us from prior trips. The rooms are always clean, well organized and the staff is outstanding. Heat and air are t excellent. They have a pool and gym!

Using the Best Western website, I reserved a room for one night with a whirlpool. I arrived and was given the key to a room. When I got in the room, it was just a standard room. When I inquired at the front desk, I was told that there was a room with a whirlpool, but they would not honor my reservation and give me a room with a whirlpool. They said that there was an issue with the Best Western website that they had not been able to resolve that allowed me to reserve this room at a lower rate than they would normally charge. No alternatives were even offered. This felt deceptive to me and a reflection of the management at this hotel not knowing how to treat customers. The room likely sat empty that night anyway. If I had known that I wasn't going to get what I reserved, I would have stayed somewhere else. By the time I got there, those options were not available. The rest of my stay was ok. Some of the websites say that there is a whirlpool in the pool area, but that has been removed.
