This is a great location! You are close to almost every imaginable fast food drive-thru and popular local dine-in restaurants. There are plenty of stores to shop as well as Tanger Outlets a few blocks away. There are plenty of things to do in the local area. You will not be disappointed with the location! Next, the staff was wonderful! Like to recognize Vivian Wright and Zion Best at the front desk and Jacqueline Smalls the dining chef for making my stay an enjoyable one! Their goal is to ensure you have a wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Aloft in Pooler. The hotel was super clean and the funky decor was awesome. (Especially the amazing bathroom wallpaper which I am dying to find for home). Staff were great, check in and out were a breeze. The bed was really comfortable and the large TV was really appreciated. Would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if on a road trip. It's a super easy place to stop for a great night's sleep.

The breakfast was delicious, and there was a special car that took us to the nearby Walmart for shopping. There was no charge for round trip. I will go here again next time I transfer.

Conveniently located off I 95.Don't be put off by the entrance. This Glo has only been operating for about 4 months and needs a dressed up entrance. It still has that ”new” smell when you walk in.( Not a bad smell.) It is vibrantly decorated, very modern, which I found refreshing. Room has the usual amenities and is very comfortable. Beds are comfy and loaded up with 6 pillows. Bathroom is roomy and has a rain showerhead. Breakfast is pretty standard with a decent amount of choices. Friendly staff. There are several restaurants in the area.

The driver was amazing he drove us over to Tanger because we had the two oldest ladies with us and he came back and picked us up. He was simply amazing. Jamal Jamal Jamal he was absolutely the best. He was patient with us and he answered all questions that we had. His customer service was amazing. Jamal made it feel at home Mr. Monterrio was amazing he was a gift for God. He was patient and willing to help us with whatever was needed when we were in the banquet room House keeping staff was the absolute best. They just on us throughout the day and made sure that we had fresh towels. I can’t remember the talk young man with the dreads at the bar but my family said that he was excellent Again on behalf of the Jacobs Wright family and myself we thank you so much for everything. We couldn’t picked a better location and I thank you for all your advice and patience with me as I was selecting the location. Ms. Sheren was a blessing.Again thank you

I have stayed here in the past before, never an issue. This time, after driving 16 long hours, arriving around 10pm, we all just wanted to go to bed, my husband was outside, he was cranky, he never once directed his crankiness to anyone, but the night guy, John, decided to come out front, started in with my husband, was mimicking him, and then grabbed the key cards out of my hand, and said go stay somewhere else. This is how someone treats someone who was tired?? As long as John is working there I’ll never go back. The manager, I spoke to the following day about this. She asked what I wanted to make up for his behavior. I said nothing. I’m not calling to get anything out of this. What I want is for him to not treat anyone like that. It was very unprofessional. I want him to take a class on how to treat people. Had my husband, or myself, been nasty directly to him, had one of us gone after him or anything like that, then what he did would’ve been warranted. But we weren’t. I told the manager to look at the video to prove all I’ve said. I hate to take this out on the hotel itself but they hired this guy. I hope something is done to prevent this from happening to others.

This motel gets A 3* rating because the room was large had clean bedding, tub, floors (no carpets yeah!). The bed and pillows were comfortable. It had no odd smells or artificial spray smells. Plenty of good hot water in the shower and clean towels. Note, the only amenity is one mini bar of soap. That worked for us as we were there for 1 night only and the price was right (a sale). This said, this property might not be for everyone. First impression almost had us running. The dirty reception/ front desk area was filed with running & screaming kids (none of them guests) children and grandchildren behind the counter belonging to the front desk attendant who was wearing a highly stained shirt and with a less than desirable competence. She could not find our reservation even with the conf# and when she did she assigned us a room that had not been cleaned. That was fortunately eventually rectified. She gave out zilch info about the property. If you are looking for a quiet area, as others have commented on Google reviews, the hotel grounds are rather roudy. Kids running in the dirty outdoor hallways, music and loud voices. All of which could be interpreted differently by individuals. Fortunately when approximately 11pm came all went quiet and we were able to have a good night sleep.

BB1358GVbrucepVery large room for one person.Had a hidden closet behind a large mirror that I couldnt find for a while.No hot water in sink first night,I had to use ice bucket and fill sink with hot water from shower.Room coffee was just aweful.Free breakfast was good but powdered eggs not good.Menu said there was bisquits and gravy but there was no gravy the first morning.Location was perfect for me going to the 8th AirForce Museum,(just walked across the lawn) I would go there again if I went the the Museum again.

RRonald OI don't do reviews unless they are really bad or very good, in my opinion. On a short, several day trip from NC to Fl, I decided that Pooler was a good midpoint for a two-day drive. Finding a MicroTel there at a decent price, I booked it. Well, we arrived to the right-off-the-expressway location easily and found it to be nice-looking, clean and our night was cozy, quiet, and then we were surprised with a breakfast, which I did not know was included. It was standard, adequate normal stuff with nice waffles and coffee. The male during the day and the Night Auditor Brenda in the morning were both very courteous and helpful. It was so easy to rebook the place for our return trip and we did. The second stay days later, was just as good. Now we have a great midpoint to our trips. There are all kinds of restaurants and things in this nice little area. I think you would like it and our price was very decent in my opinion,.

SSheila DWe have stayed at this Inn several times and have always said this is a 5 and compared all other Red Roof Inns to this one. First the location is not directly off I-95. You exit onto a busy throughfare. Use GPS to find the Inn since you are taking a left off the throughfare then another left turn and another turn . Use GPS. While the Inn is quiet it is a very busy area with many restaurants, retail stores and an Outlet Mall close by. We arrived later than expected but there was a ground floor room. In the past the Inn has been quiet, room clean and beautiful. The room we were assigned was clean but unlike prior times this room showed its wear. We checked in at 5:30 and overhead a very heavy walked almost a stomp paced the floor from one end to other for hours. By 10 PM we had enough, and spouse went to desk & asked someone to please speak to the guests above us. 30 minutes later the stomping still going on so back to desk. Spouse was told couple was celebrating their anniversary and most likely having whoopie. I kid you not. By a little after 11 PM I went down and said enough either you get the noise to stop or refund our room cost because we have had enough. 11:30 the noise ceased. 7 AM it started again. Not sure is we will stay here on our return trip i spring.

I recently stayed at this hotel to spend time with family who lives nearby. Throughout my stay, it was quite clear that this hotel is undergoing renovations because the pool and fitness center was both closed. I did not notice a juice machine during breakfast. While my room was definitely dated with its lack of USB ports, it was clean and safe. Beds were clean and comfortable. TV had lots of channels to watch. What sets this hotel apart from others is their commitment to safety. When I arrived, there was a party in the hotel parking lot. The front desk clerk got the people holding the party to leave. While I was walking down the stairs, I noticed a sign on the door that goes outside that says anyone caught propping the door open will be asked to leave. The Sleep Inn Pooler’s dedication to safety more than makes up for the pool and fitness center being closed.

GGuest UserPlace appears tired and somewhat rundown. Certainly not a ”quality” location. Bed was comfortable & I slept well during my on the road overnight stop. Cheap construction - could hear the TV next door for a good part of the night. On a more serious note, it appears that the staff (or someone else) props the exterior doors open overnight. Not exactly an example of good security.

GGuest UserWe did not book this hotel ourselves. We usually stay st Hilton-branded properties. Recently we have added Wyndam and Best Western (always trying to get the best value). First, the good things: friendly staff, clean room, working air conditioning, hot water. Next, here are the not so great things: with ”limited housekeeping”, I would expect more than one small wastebasket. Also, I slipped in the shower/tub because there were no anti-slip tub stickers and the tub was slippery. An accident was definitely possible. Sink space was minimal for two people. We are used to a larger area for a counter. Lastly, my husband was not impressed with the ”grab 'n go” breakfast. He thought it should have been more substantial. It included bottled water, juice, granola bar, yogurt and a piece of fruit. He was expecting something more, like a hot breakfast sandwich.
