Vila Vita Parc

Even though the resort was at full capacity the staff made it feel like we were the only guests. The hospitality desk was very efficient, made great recommendations and made our reservations quickly. Even changed some on short notice. Overall amazing experience!

This is our 3rd trip to Vila Vita and it's as perfect as ever. The resort is beautiful - the attention to detail is excellent, the staff are friendly and helpful. Great choice of restaurants, in fact, no need to leave the resort at all! We will definitely be returning :)

This is a beautiful property. The rooms, landscaping and facilities are all emaculate. They staff is very friendly and helpful. My wife's massage at the spa was great and my daughter and I enjoyed the mini golf and pickleball. The pool was nicely heated which made it enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back!

Felt like we'd arrived in paradise. Arrived near to midnight but were still given a warm welcome by Hospitality. We had missed dinner so were given lunch on our final day as part of our half board package instead. Stayed with our two adults sons in two Deluxe Garden View rooms which were huge with fantastic and relaxing views of the garden and fountains. Tried several of the restaurants, which I will give an honest review of. These were Adega, Giardino, Whale, Bela Vita Brasserie, Nana on the Beach and Arte Nautica for our wedding anniversary. Arte Nautica, unfortunately, was a disappointment as the service was very poor. The staff did not acknowledge our special evening even though we mentioned it on the booking and also when we arrived. It took over 20 minutes to take our order even though the restaurant was less than half full, and we had to ask to be served in the end. Another table had waited even longer and also complained. The lighting to eat was also very dim so we could not see our food. As such we did not order dessert. At Bela Vita Brasserie the food was lovely but there was a mix up with our initial wine order as we were not given a wine list and a rather brusque waiter insisted we could not have a particular wine by the glass even though we had already been served this. The manager stepped in and apologised and provided this in the end. We found the beach to be a disappointment with copious amounts of offputting black seaweed so we could not swim. This was a let down. The staff at the Delphim pool did not always replace the towels left by other guests which gave an untidy appearance. This did improve towards the end of our stay however. Smoking was allowed around the pools where others are in close proximity and eating food which was very offputting as non smokers. It was also allowed at other restaurants apart from Adega where people had kindly stepped away from the tables so as not to offend others. These were the minor negatives in an otherwise perfect stay. Now on to more positive notes. We had a lovely greek themed meal at Nana on the Beach and our favourites were Giardino and Whale. We spent most of our days around the Whale infinity pool where staff were on hand to provide anything we desired. The entertainment was first rate and the singers at the Oasis bar were top notch. The Oasis bar staff were always efficient, kind, polite and courteous. A credit to the resort. We did not wish to leave and felt we had found heaven on earth. A special thank you to housekeeping/hospitality who had placed rose petals and left sparkling wine and pastries for our anniversary. We felt very special. All in all this is a very special place where all the staff seem genuinely happy in their work. They smiled and greeted us every day and addressed us by name. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day.

You only keep returning to the same resort for more than ten years if you know it's always perfect; accommodation, surroundings, but especially the friendly staff. The delicious breakfast at Atlantico was made even better by the excellent service of people like Rumu. He was the epitome of friendliness and helpfulness. Hopefully, the Portuguese atmosphere can be sufficiently preserved. This is not easy given the evolving visitor profile with more and more American guests.
