Trident customer service staff is awesome; I always feel that they are attuned to my needs which is a great feeling. Bottom line, the ambiance, management, makes you feel like you are in a special place. In addition, the grounds are well maintained which amplifies the feeling of tranquility.

Firstly, wonderful, friendly staff. The hotel is set in beautiful grounds with its own mini private beach. However, the wonderful French Man's Cove is a short car journey and worth the visit. The rooms @ the Trident are extremely comfortable, clean, and aesthetically pleasing, simple cool luxury, without being ostentatious. There's a well stocked mini bar - spirits/wines/soft drinks, with complimentary teas/coffee & water Dinner last night was possibly the best oxtail, rice and peas I've ever had. Will definitely revisit when next in Port Antonio.

Small, boutique hotel, private, elegant, understated luxury. The staff caters to all your needs and leaves you to privacy. Outstanding location. Breathtaking... -Kirk was a fantastic driver. Rooms: Modern, chic , beautiful. 1 of the 2 bathrooms had a bidet. Both bedrooms had beautiful ensuite bathrooms with rain showers. Each bedroom and the living room open through french doors to the patio. Each shower leads to an outdoor stone tub. There is Wifi everywhere on property including the beach. Food and drinks: can be had at the open air Verandah, the bar, dine in your villa on your patio as the waves crash against the rocks. Sonia's kitchen is curated dining: we created our own menu. Mike's supper club Fri, Saturday nights has live music. Enjoy food around the town: Soldier camp food was soooo good. The owner- Everold was wonderful. Drinks were plentiful: alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Activities : 1. Private beach: super calm, beautiful. The lifeguard brings you towels and water on arrival. 2. Frenchman's cove is a short drive like 5-6 mins. 2000jmd per person tho. We think because the former superstar beach San San is now very polluted. 3. Rafting from Sanco bay: No more rafting from Blue Lagoon 4. Blue Lagoon: Swim if you dare, snorkel, kayak, paddleboard to Monkey Island. 5. Boat around Somerset falls 6. Hike to Nanny falls. Not I, but I'm told beautiful.

Just amazing! Every moment was fantastic. Special mention to Delva our server and to Ackeem the lifeguard. Honestly, all the staff were amazing and helpful. The food was great and so was the Housekeeping team. Thanks for making my visit memorable. I hope to be able to visit again.

Regrettably life forced me to be away from this magical property for far too long. However…the wait was absolutely worth it! If you are contemplating visiting this amazing property, you ought to stop thinking and just do it…The rooms have been immaculately kept. The staff is always willing to go above and beyond. Shout out to chef Brendan. Respect every time. Food and Beverage team, Front Desk Team, Housekeeping Team…keep up the amazing work. Hats off the Manage team for keeping the magic flowing

My late husband had lived and worked in Port Antonio as a young school teacher. At the time he regularly spent time at the Trident Hotel, playing dominoes with the then owner. In 2013 my husband decided that we should return and visit this hotel again. It had been completely rebuilt and refurbished, to a standard which equals any 7 star hotel on the global stage. Subsequently, over a number of years, we spent a total of 6 weeks at this amazing hotel. This year, I returned to it. I had the most fantastic time, enjoying the warmth of the staff, the ambience of the place and the cuisine. I also spent an evening at the traditional Mike’s Supper Club, as always pure pleasure. Thank you, Trident. You make everyone feel like family. I can’t wait to return.

I just finished one of the best vacations of my life. I've traveled the world and The Trident Hotel is one of the only places I'd truly consider coming back to and it's mostly because of the staff. They are absolutely fantastic. To give a few shoutouts, Kaneisha, Trudy, Linton, Emil, Paul, Chef Mun and many more (apologies to anyone who I forgot to mention). They all made us feel like we were at home, with friends, except we were actually in paradise. They literally went the extra mile to make sure we had some of our favorite foods and were keen on receiving feedback to help improve the meals. However, no improvement was necessary. The food is 100% representative of a 5-star hotel. It's incredible and I'm still craving it. The rooms and the scenery were excactly what my wife and I had hoped for. We were just looking to relax and catch up on sleep and how better to do it than in your private backyard with your own pool with a fanstatic view of the ocean or a private, calm, white sand beach. 5/5 stars! Highly recommended.

I have been a gold-level member staying at least 12-18 nights per year at Trident Nariman points for the last 5 years. Here are some of the issues I have faced in the last 2 years proving their customer service has gotten worst than a one-star hotel. 1. Their website says you can convert their points to airline mileage. Not true tried converting to United airlines now told no you can only use it for trident meals, upgrade, etc. 2. Been trying to get a membership card for the last 12 months by requesting online from their website and speaking to customer service with no luck. 3. Rates OMG all over the place from 6000 to 15000 RS. per night same level room same week depending on who you make the reservation with. The central site is the worst in Delhi no clue how to make a reservation or change it. For gold and Platinum member should have preferred rates and a preferred reservation number like other major hotel chains. I am so disappointed wanted to spend over 30 days in APRIL/MAY 2023 but thinking it over to changing to another major chain. Used to love the place so sorry to see it go down the drain. Also, the hotel doesn't allow you to make any collect calls overseas and International call rates are outrageous. Be careful.
