Hotel bien ubicado y tranquilo. Atención agradable del personal. Habitación más desgastada de lo que parecía en las fotografías, aunque la limpieza no era mala. La ducha tenía una presión muy buena, pero no salida de ventilación, por lo que olia a humedad. El ascensor también olía a humedad. Nos ofrecieron el desayuno y decidimos no tomarlo finalmente porque no tenía buena pinta. En general una buena estancia teniendo en cuenta el precio pagado.

At noon on 6/11 I received a WhatsApp to say that upon my arrival they would give me the details of the unforeseen problem that arose: overbooking due to a software problem. They sent me to a nearby hotel saying everything was fixed: the concierge didn't know anything. Terrible room (single and not double single use), no bathroom (it was in the hallway on the other side). Fortunately in the end I only paid the tourist tax. Never, never again

The hotel was not as online or in photos. It is poorly neglected and filthy. I would never stay again. Especially with the price they are charging. The 1st room they gave me smelt like an ashtray even though it was non-smoking room and there were food crumbs on the floor. The 2nd room was moldy and there were water leaks and toilet wouldn't stop running. There is no security in the building just a simple key to lock your door, no deadbolt. Baseboards are coming away from the wall, the ceiling is waterstained and falling down in spots. The shower is too tiny for even a small child to use. Glad I was only staying 1 night. This place was terrible!

Lovely little hotel, very clean and comfortable. The staff at reception were really welcoming and lovely. It did the job perfectly for our short stay, at a really reasonable price! Fantastic location too

Unwelcoming receptionist, broken shower tiles, traces and smell of humidity throughout the room. Not to mention security: the stairwell is permanently open and unattended from 10 p.m. No camera, the rooms are closed with a simple door. Ours even had the frame cracked. The view is non-existent with a balcony that opens from one room to another, no privacy. The only closet has no door and the double bed was two single beds.

The bed was comfortable, but AC didn't work so we had to leave balcony door open, which felt unsafe. Also, the bathroom was moldy and smelled horribly of sewage.
