The Daina hotel is a lovely maintained. The staff at reception were very helpful & went out of their way to assist us. Pool staff were also very pleasant and helped this couple of pensioners ( thank you ) Bar staff very pleasant and kind. The cleaners were lovely ,very good at their job. Our room was always in tip-top condition. As far as the rest of the staff go, just wonderful. Thank you all very much.

Love this hotel. Our second time here, and it was just as good as our first. Friendly and efficient staff. Great breakfasts. Beautiful pool area by day and also by night. Cheapest cocktails that we had in Puerto Pollensa. Would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast is superb, offering a wide range of food for every taste. The hotel benefits from having a lovely salt water pool for its guests. Having a balcony with a sea view and enjoying the Autumn sunshine really made my holiday .

This is a very well run hotel. We had a room with balcony overlooking the pool and beach, room very comfortable. Breakfast was a very full buffet catering for all tastes, egg chef great. Reception staff efficient and helpful. Puerto Pollença is a beautiful place with many good restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The pool was good, we sunbathed by the pool in October!! Will definitely come back.

Fantastic stay with Friends. Family stayed in nearby apartment but following our glowing review are going to join us next year in the Daina and we have already booked. Beautiful hotel, centrally located by the beach. Has it's own private swimming pool and bar area which we loved. Breakfast was so good. Great variety and loved the egg station where fresh omelettes were made to order. All the Staff everywhere were so friendly and accommodating. A special mention must go to Aurora in reception who always welcomed me personally by name each time she saw me. On another occasion i had a slight issue with access to my room and the receptionist organised maintenance to sort it immediately. Can't wait to return in 2025.

Just returned today from a fantastic week at the Daina with my husband and a group of friends. We’ve been coming to Puerto Pollensa for many years and have always previously stayed in apartments, but after a stay at the Daina this is our new ‘go to’ place and we’ve already booked again! The position cannot be beaten, the rooms were extremely comfortable, the breakfast offered an amazing choice, the staff were all very friendly and helpful and the pool area was the icing on the cake! Special shout out to Aurora on reception who was extremely helpful from start to finish
