The staff was very friendly and professional. The property is very large so it is nice that they will shuttle you to your room with your luggage. The property is far outside of the city so the beach at the bottom of the hill is not very busy and allows for relaxation and rest. I would recommend this property to a friend. The only issue we had was that the windows and doors are required to be closed for the A/C to work and the doors are old and do not close properly so we had to prop a piece of furniture against the door to keep it closed. WIth that the A/C was not very cold and had to run for several hours to make very little difference.

Family of 5 with three children aged 4, 7 & 9. If you can’t walk up a hill then yes it’s probably not for you, however the food, drinks, room, pool all excellent value for the money here, the beach if fantastic with all inclusive drinks included down there. Read a number of negatives about staff here but honestly ignore them the staff have been fantastic they work so hard to be barked at, at times by some of the rude guests, if you smile and are polite to them, they smile & are polite back, big shout out to YEYO, LESLIE & LUCY. Very good value for money!

Pongo 5 estrellas por el personal que hay contratado, especialmente Paula, la animadora. He ido con mis hijos y se lo han pasado increíble, solo querían estar y bailar con ella. Ha sido un placer, ojalá personas tan entregadas como ellas y con tan buena mano con los niños!!!

Das Apartment war in oberster Hanglage. Für uns als rüstigen älteres Ehepaar kein Problem. Die Aussicht vom Balkon hat uns entschädigt. Das Apartment ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Eine Dusche statt Badewanne wäre vorteilhaft. -- Wir hatten Halbpension. Das Speiseangebot war vielfältig. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal!!! Wir danken! --- Gut, dass wir einen Mietwagen hatten. So konnten wir viele schöne Buchten ansteuern. Die Bushaltestelle für Fahrten nach Ibiza-Stadt ist in der Nähe.

Personale molto gentile e preparato. Buffet abbondante e di buon livello, anche per italiani. Colazione molto ricca e completa, sia dolce che salato. Appartamento spazioso e illuminato, ottima vista mare. Ma gradini tanti per arrivare

Had an enjoyable stay.Great Staff, Good varied food replenished regularly. Rooms cleaned daily.The hotel is on a hill with a lot of steps. Lovely views over the resort.Special Thanks to Ana,Lacarana,Juanny,Yeyo,Paula.They worked tirelessly to make our holiday an enjoyable experience. Thank You All.🏴

Honest review ...I was feeling a little bit worried when we booked this hotel because there really arnt many reviews to get a good idea of what it's like . Rooms: our room was overlooking the restaurant/ pool area and was a nice modern room however speaking to other people their rooms not so nice . Food: not good at all and we are well travelled but this is by far the worst , I wouldn't call it a restaurant either it's more like a works canteen . On our first morning here I watched a guy get up and put his breakfast in the microwave and it didn't fill me with much hope for the next 2 weeks overall food was dreadful. Drinks: I thought the drinks were good considering we'd been to a 5 star all inclusive in May and the drinks here were far better. Area: Literally nothing around and the beach isn't all that either like everyone says , very stoney . It's mostly Germans in this area aswell and I don't know if it's just a thing in certain parts of Europe but they are so rude . Staff: yeyo , Aleanjdro from the bar were great also special mention to Lucy from the entertainment team she was lovely , Ana who I think was restaurant/ bar manager never smiled always telling people off and generally looked miserable all the time . Would not return to this Hotel or Area. Ps not hotels fault but it terrible for mosquitos and Flys were a menace .

Ha sido una estancia de 10.Las habitaciones amplias,limpias y con una cocina equipada.El personal inmejorable nos hemos venido encantados con tod@s,agradecer a Ana y Macarena su atención en todo momento (Gracias chicas).La comida siempre genial un menú muy variado y todo muy bueno.Y el entorno un ambiente muy agradable y como ya he dicho antes el personal te hacía sentir como en casa.

this is the 4th year in going to this resort & staying at this hotel/apartment. regardless of all the negative comments in previous reviews where people say the staff are unpleasant & unfriendly is a lot of crap, you couldnt meet a nicer bunch of people from the reception, bar, catering,cleaners & handyman to fix any problems with the room...room itself was cleaned every day with fresh towels except a sunday, food was good, entertainment was a bit poor this year but in saying that it was a lot quieter than previous years, will definately be back again next year hopefully
