The resort is nice. At first, access card problem. Need to change access card for 2 times. Comfortable room. Air conditioning is good. Strong water pressure in the bathroom. Beautiful view. Flooding in the toilet, the water is stagnant. Attractive location and easy to get to.

Tips: Choose this hotel only if you answer YES to all these questions: Ok to stay in hotel (very) far from beach? Room with private jacuzzi? Hotel far from city center and main tourist attractions? Own a private transport to move around? Pros: Fast check-in & check-out. Musical fountain in their man-made lake. In room microwave. Huge room. Clean and spacious bathroom. Separate toilet and bathroom. Free but uncovered parking. Very nice kids pool. Cons: Very far from beach. Extra access cards require rm50 deposit. Smelly carpets. Aircond take longer time to the room. Private jacuzzi: took forever to fill into tab. Annoying squeky cupboards & kitchen cabinets. Plenty of tv channels but minus the usually favourites like sports & movie channels. Limited electric sockets. RM15 per pax for mine lake cruise? Not worth it!

Room very clean and comfortable. Can see the hotel is taking care and provide good maintenance of the facilities. Hotel room space is very big, very comfortable.

Enjoy short vacay with my families. Spacious villa with private pool. Kids love it.Swimming pool quiet deep for small kids need to use inflatble to swim. Additional clothes hanger will be good to hang towel. Overall it's a good hotel.

This is my second time staying at Tasik Villa with my family. The room that we booked is with a jacuzzi which my kids enjoyed the most. The location is quite strategic. We had our dinner at the nearest seafood restaurant which is about 10mins drive away. We will surely stay at the villa again in the future.

I was very happy with the service. When my daughter got injured in the jacuzzi area, the medic team arrived quickly and provided excellent care. The in-room dining was also on time and the nasi goreng pineapple was super good! Check-in and check-out were smooth, even during peak hours. All staff members were very friendly. However, the room and bathroom had a strong, unpleasant smell which was quite bothersome. Despite this, the overall experience was positive due to the outstanding service and food.

Cleanliness can be improved. Place is old and not very well maintained. Location is quite far from the main beach area.

Spacious & super clean room. Good food. Friendly staffs. Not so crowded.

Easy to park and smooth check in process. Food for breakfasts was good and got many choices. Swimming pool for adults was great and spacious but kids swimming pool was small and smelly maybe because of kids pee, need to improve on that matter. Staff was friendly and helpful. One more thing is the door that connecting the guest lift and rooms need to be modified so that people can be aware when other guest opens the door so that no one is getting hurt. Overall 9/10 stay for me and my family.

Nice place. Beautiful and calm. Room also nice. Many fish in tasik. I likee. Breakfast okay but need to improve based on their taste and variety. Overall good.

great decoration for honeymoon chalet and good ambience..so enjoy to stay there with my little kids❤️

Best hotel for couples.

Was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hotel before, the staff was generally unhelpful the room was dirty with grey sheet and towels that were surprised to be white and blood stains on the sheets, the sink was falling off the wall and breakfast was often cold, truely a place to avoid not to mention nothing is within walking distance of the hotel and everything require a taxi or your own car to get anywhere
