The room roof got a small hole and during heavy raining water drip into the room. Amenities provided is lesser, example no hand towel. Facilities open time is a bit late time, example pool open at 8am is late for early work up guests.

We recently stayed at this hotel with our family and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is in an excellent location with easy access to the beach, which made it very convenient for us. The pool was also a highlight; our kids had a great time enjoying it every day. Breakfast was satisfying, with a good selection of food and the staff were superb—always friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is a bit dated, but the warm hospitality from the staff more than made up for it. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

The check in process went smoothly. Good buggy service. Executive room upgrade to premium. Clean and tidy room. Worth it. Easy to get there. Beautiful view.

Wonderful short staycation. We got executive room with full sea view. The amenities were so good. Buggy service was great. Just call and then wait for less than 5mins, the buggy service will be there. Breakfast spread was good. Many choices. We were there at 9.30am but the spread was still around and they always topup. Overall, it is recommended to stay.

Location is great near lukut city,easy to get food and everything Just the bathroom is look old and not clean well,shower room door is damage,and when you open room door first is bathroom then only bed,view is nice, breakfast is so far so good, add-on 1 person RM50,

The price offered by trip.com was suit my budget for 2D1N. Very decent for a short vacay escape not too far from the city. Staff was welcoming and greeting us once we arrived. Our room had been upgraded to Premium Water Chalet and it was free. I'm so happy. Breakfast buffet as expected. The room was clean, comfortable and above the sea. A happy & pleasant trip..Tq ＜3
