Grand Lexis Port Dickson Reviews

Spent a lovely one night stay with my family if 8 person in this lovely resort hotel in Port Dickson. It was a long weekend so the queue at the reception was absolutely full. Perhaps the hotel could speed up the check in process with a separate queue for those who’ve booked prepaid with a direct check in rather than the usual process with other guests who needed payment verification etc. The hotel has been around for over a decade so naturally some amenities are worn out and needs to be refurbished. Most notable would be the TV which obviously needs replacement into smart TVs with multi channel entertainment. Water pressure in the showers also needs to be improved. Breakfast was acceptable as the hotel handled the crowds by separating an extra breakfast hall one level above the usual breakfast hall. This is a good initiative to compliment them. King size beds are comfortable and a room with twin king beds fits 4 pax comfortably. Overall a comfortable stay for a short vacation

Not very clean. Toilet was dirty. Room was ok, bed very comfortable to sleep. Lots of choices for breakfast but some of the food like the sausage was just too salty. Private pool was alright, not a great view. Room won't be ready till 3p.m, but you have to check out at 11a.m sharp though in other hotels they allow extension till 1p.m

The room is clean, the pool water is clear, and my family had a great time. The breakfast costs RM65 per person, but the food selection is limited and the taste is not good, hygiene needs improvement. While having breakfast with the family, we found a foreign object in the juice that looked like a cockroach's leg, but we were not sure if it came from the cup or was already in the drink. After informing the restaurant manager, the reason given was the dirty marks on the drink container. We probably won't choose to have breakfast at the hotel on our next stay. Overall, the stay experience was still good, with the restaurant manager and all hotel staff displaying excellent service attitudes

Best hotel ever! Only breakfast area got many flies. The rest we really enjoyed our vacation.

Staying for 1 nights this time, have tried hibiscus and lexis before this. Check in very smooth and greet warmly from the staff but unfortunately for deposit upon check in they accept only cash or credit card while me practicing cashless but the front desk staff very helpful letting me checkin first and paylater. The rooms was spacious and swimming pool was clean. For the breakfast was ok not so many choices and taste was ok. Overall very satisfied with this stay kudos for the friendly staff

The room is big with 2 king size beds, suitable for family. Well maintain and swimming pool is nice to swim.

My family very satisfied and the staff also provide excellent service. Had a great time. Highly recommended👌🏻

Excited that the pool is so clean. Very comfortable. Children playing happily. Enjoying our own private pool. Will come back again. Only the wooden part like plank a bit old and damaged. The beds, bedsheet, towels are clean. Disappointed with the breakfast. Not many choices, only so so, not so delicious, very expensive with RM65 per person.

Ive repeat this hotel few times already. Love the private pool. The pool is big. Too crowded if you come during school holiday season. Overall its a pleasant stay.

Good place to holiday with family

Not my first time here , and always the best. The water villa was perfect for my little family. We really enjoyed and had the best rest day. Just the breakfast is so so. Others than that, im satisfied.
