This is a beautiful place to stay, we had the Penthouse Apartment for 7 nights with a private plunge pool, spa & BBQ area on our rooftop, it was very spacious and a great place to relax. The entire apartment was fully contained with that luxury feel . The location is on point, walking distance to the beach and also the main streets of Port Douglas. The staff were very friendly & helpful. We loved staying here and we will definitely be back.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Location is amazing! Beach to one side cafes, shops and bars to the other side. Worth every cent apartments are amazing! The beach is great for a walk in the mornings. Staff at Coconut Grove very friendly.

Great location for shopping, eating, walking and the beach. Clean and tidy, spacious. Well equipped with everything we needed. Clean towels provided when requested. Advised of our arrival time and the room had been prepared early - excellent service.

We stayed in one of the penthouse apartments for our honeymoon and we are so glad that we chose Coconut Grove to celebrate the occasion. From the first moment we arrived we were made to feel extremely welcome. Opening the door of the apartment we were met by an amazing view and high quality to all aspects of the apartment. There was even a welcome platter waiting for us in the fridge! The penthouse apartments have their own private plunge pool and spacious roof top balcony which added to the private and special feel to our stay. The location of Coconut Grove is perfect. It is removed enough from central Macrossan Street to be quiet and luxurious, but it is within easy walking distance of Four Mile Beach and the many eateries and shops of Port Douglas. The staff, particularly Ali, went out off their way to provide the highest quality service. They were knowledgeable about local activities and we were always greeted with friendly smiles! Overall, our stay was magnificent and we have already booked to come back for our anniversary.

Perfect location - unlike most hotels in Port Douglas which are a 10 min drive outside of the town. Extremely clean and well-maintained. Kitchen facilities and TV were excellent. Welcome basket in the fridge was a lovely touch too. Highly recommend.

Spent 4 nights in this complex & was not disappointed. Apartment was very large even though only 1 bedroom. We had a full kitchen, lounge, balcony, walk in robe & bathroom. Located on the main road of PD with an easy 5min walk to all of the shops & restaurants. Also, very close to the National Park & the nice 20min walk around the point & to the western end of the shopping centre. Complex had a pool, which we utilised, & a library of books. Was a little confused with the housekeeping as we asked for new towels & although we received them, they did not remove the dirty ones.

Well what an amazing place this is. The staff are all fantastic especially Elly. We stayed in the penthouse and loved everything about it. The roof top pool and BBQ area and watching the sunrise and sunset was awesome. The Views spectacular.

We had a wonderful stay at coconut grove, the location, amenities, staff and cleanliness were all 5 star. Will definitely come visit again. The swimming pool and spa were an added bonus for relaxing at the end of the day. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this accommodation.

Two couples shared a two-bedroom, two bath apartment with private pool for four nights. It was a great choice for us. The apartments are very clean and modern, nicely decorated, comfortable and well-appointed. Coming near the end of a long trip and many restaurants, it was a pleasure to shop and use the outside barbecue to make a "home-cooked" meal. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were without a car, but the location is so perfect you don't need one. A short, 10-minute walk takes you through the town, so shopping is easy. And for those not interested in cooking, there are literally dozens of restaurants in the small town, all easily walkable from Coconut Grove. It's also steps from four-mile beach, unfortunately still showing damage from the recent cyclone, but still nice for a walk. There are a lot of hotel and apartment choices in Port Douglas, but we were really glad we chose Coconut Grove, a lovely "home away from home."
