The atmosphere at the Paxton hotel was amazing - all the staff was so friendly to me and always smiling. My dinner was also quite good, nothing extraordinary but it was warm and fresh and fast. The ocean view is really lovely and the rooms were clean and perfectly equipped. The beautiful consierge even let me stay at the pool after my checkout :)

The leader feedback environment is very good, the service attitude is good. The surrounding environment is also very good, relatively quiet and comfortable, suitable for travel and relaxation, I also want to see if I have the opportunity to experience it.

On arrival I was allocated a wrong room and I had to go down to the reception for exchange. The telephone in the room was not working but keep on making noise. The TV was not working and I had to use my cell phone to call the reception for assistance. The assistance came an hour later after making another call. He tried unsuccessfully to fix it.

Lovely hotel. The room was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is also ideally located close to tourist attractions. I will stay there again

Simple check in with friendly staff greeting at the gate. Welcomed with open arms. Cleaning staff were well received with a gracious attitude when requesting extra services

Everything is very good. Beautiful hotel. Decent level. Heated pool! A stunning ocean view! Very diverse breakfast 5****** must have a dress and slippers to visit the spa. It's very strange that they're not there.

We have stayed here many time because it is a beautiful building in an excellent location. The general staff are outstanding and the food and rooms are amazing. Unfortunately the front desk is just not the same as the rest of the experience. When I wrote in to ask for an early check in I got no reply- on my arrival I asked about this and was told because I got no reply that means it’s fine. I find this odd as I explained that we were arriving after a three part flight over 18 hours. We have stayed here at least 3 other times and my comment for each time would be pretty much the same - I feel the front desk could do better to Mach their rest of the experience.

Great service, friendly staff and clean rooms. The location in summer beach is ok. In 2 minutes you are walking on the beach or in the mall.

The location is very good and the surroundings are safe. There are parking spaces. Restaurant bar, gym, pool, etc. Next to the sea. There are many places to eat nearby, and it is mainly ten minutes from the airport by car.

We have spent no minute on tiring transfers and the savings have invested in impressions. And they cost: Kragga Kamma Game Park, located 40 kilometers, gave meetings with giraffes, zebras and nostrils whose ̆ free spirit resonated with the atmosphere of the hotel itself free, wild, but cozy. Four days at Singa Lodge flew as moments, but left a trace comparable to eternity.
