Hilton Trinidad & Conference Centre Reviews

At check-in (around 21:00), the staff did not guide us about things that should be provided in other hotels, such as Wi-Fi, restaurant location, breakfast time, and location and time of the sports center. When I inquired, he gave me a guide and seemed annoyed that everything was written in the room (there was no such information in the room). It's very disappointing that this has happened at Hilton. After making up the room after the first day of stay, water, water cups, and towels were not refilled in the room. I called and answered but...why is this happening. In the case of the swimming pool, it was unavoidable because it was confined water, but there were a lot of dust and leaves. I stayed 1 night at Hyatt and 3 nights at Hilton in the same city. It compares too much to Hyatt's staff, service, swimming pool, etc. I hope they provide services worthy of Hilton's reputation. Meals are not 5 star. The flower of hotel breakfast is fresh fruit juice, but it doesn't seem to be there. Only three types of fruit were served the same throughout the three days.
