The rooms are spacious, the facilities are clean and convenient. The bedding was good and the staff were friendly. Parking was convenient and I was satisfied.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely polite and courteous. There were several factors food restaurants nearby, but better quality restaurants were a few miles away.

We stayed a total of 4nights. We experienced some positive things and some not so much.
Pros: they do try to keep everything clean, breakfast has variety of choices, theirs a foodlion very close, the water pressure in the room was amazing
Cons: it sits on a VERY busy highway getting in and out of the hotel is hard depending on traffic (which happens to be every day). The staff are not overly friendly they are just okay. We had issues with the card not reading and asked for assistance with this the person behind the desk acted like it was our fault and not very friendly. We also had issues with the stay and asked questions about our booking the lady who helped us was super rude and just kept repeating herself not helpful at all! We booked this hotel because they had a pool- we asked the first check in lady if the pool was heated she said yes! We went there to check the temperature and it was definitely not warm we asked someone else and she said no it wasnt! Over all its a bit of a drive to get to River street specifically with traffic. I would encourage anyone else to book somewhere else if thats your plan. We also did find a cockroach and another bug in our bathroom

EV charger was the reason we chose this hotel.
Tesla Destination charger was perfect but hotel does not ensure that regular cars don’t park in EV spots thus blocking the charger.

Check in was easy. Breakfast was even good and fresh. They had plenty of options. The room was newly renovated and very clean. I have no complaints with the room wood definitely stay again
