Great location, room was clean and fresh. Yea the elevator could use a touch up but over all this place was amazing

The AC unit actively leaked fluid into the room. There was standing water under the carpet due to this. There was black mold and pink slime growing in the bathroom. The GM attempted to shame me for reporting the issues to corporate.

Room was great! Staff was helpful. Nice breakfast. Pool was a little cold. The morning staff seemed a little stretched with desk and breakfast - but otherwise, great! Definitely worth the price listed. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I dont even know where to start about this hotel. When you walk in the Lobby had a nasty smell. But our rooms smelled worse. The bathtub looked filthy and had hair hanging on the wall. The air conditioner stunk, and the carpet looked like something you would put in your garage.Skipped the shower that night, just couldnt make myself get in that tub!!! It is very outdated.. Needs lots of help!!! We actually drove to a Family Dollar store and bought some cleaning supplies and Fabreze!!!Luckily we were leaving early the next day so we werent there that long..Left before breakfast..Also I put the bathmat down on the bathroom floor like a rug and it was damp. Dont know why, cause we didnt use it. I would skip this hotel. Never again!!!

Do not stay here. We found what we believe was a bedbug exoskeleton in the mattress cover. The first room we checked into smelled horribly of mold, everything was wet, sheets were dirty, black spots noted on the pillow case, and something disgusting smeared on the wall next to the bed. We asked to see another room and that’s where we found the bedbug. The property in general was run down, and dirty. We left immediately and did not stay.

Comfortable bed, ok breakfast, clean, but shampoo and conditioner empty. Room had a fridge no freezer

Property is very tired and needs a major update. Hallways have a musty smell and the rooms as well. Our room was dated but, clean yet smelly. Many little things that need attention. Have stayed at one other Baymont many years ago which was very nice. Sadly this was not a great experience. Beautiful grassy area in the exterior for pet walking. Pet friendly property. Even the parking area needs redone. Entry was dirty and not welcoming.

The sheets were dirty, front desk was helpful in providing clean sheets. We remade the bed. Two other guests checked out because their room was dirty. We got put on the same floor with the dog owners, smelled like wet dog and several of the dogs barked a lot. One guest was nearly molested at the ice machine.

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The room was not clean—the carpet was dirty, the ceiling was cracked, and the overall condition of the room felt outdated. The reservation was made for three guests, yet only two towels were provided. There was also an unpleasant odor throughout the hotel, which was noticeable immediately upon entering and remained present during the stay. This significantly impacted the overall experience. The front desk staff member was not welcoming or pleasant, which made check-in uncomfortable. Additionally, the ice machine was inconveniently located only on the first floor, making access difficult for guests staying elsewhere in the building. Finally, there were individuals loitering around the property who appeared impaired, which created an uncomfortable and unsafe atmosphere. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and guest experience did not meet reasonable expectations. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.
