Urban hotel with all the comfort necessary for a stay in Portalegre;
Excellent breakfast;
Cleanliness and friendliness of staff;
Parking spaces at the door, reserved for customers;

Being a work trip, I couldn't get an invoice to be given to me (unlike what has happened in other hotels in the city, where they always gave me an invoice). In the room we forgot to clean the piassava (which I only discovered the next morning!) The breakfast has a variety, especially local sweets, but in the basket where the bread is removed I found a silver moth (or paper moth) in motion. which is not acceptable. Impossible to park on the hotel street! Not to be all negative, the room has a pleasant decoration, it was clean (except for the issue already mentioned). The reception employee is friendly, but she did not resolve the invoice issue.

We really liked this hotel. It is very well located, with museums and monuments nearby, well decorated and comfortable room, everything very clean. Very efficient staff and a varied breakfast. I recommend it and will repeat the experience.
