Hyatt Place Pdx Arpt Cascade Station

I think this hotel should consider to change their Stars on the online platform. Hyaat name is also confusing, it doesn’t represent Hyaat quality although. Breakfast has very limited food! Windows are not possible to open to get fresh air, due to security they say, but even a little bit opening possibility would give a lot confidence peope like me who desperately need it for the health reason!

I booked this hotel coming back from two days of skiing and we had looked forward to spending time in the hotel and using the amenities. We really wanted to use the Jacuzzi which was not working and also there was a field trip of children there being very loud. We were unable to use the amenities. The front desk staff was very nice and I’m still waiting hoping to get a few points For the Jacuzzi, we were unable to use . The breakfast was very nice and the staff was kind and I’m hoping that management will help me a little bit with some points due to the two issues I had while staying there. Everything else was beautiful.

Very spacious room and very convenient to the airport

I have not a single negative thing to say about this hotel. It provided the perfect stay near the airport and was a great way to finish an outstanding visit to Oregon.

Staff was not super friendly and when we asked for room service we had to ask two times and still no one came. The breakfast selections were pretty limited, but the tea bar was great.

Nice place. Great access for PDX. Only complaits is the bed was a little squeaky and they needed more usb ports by the beds.

I have stayed here before with my wife and daughter. Very convenient location in terms of accessing greater Portland. Super friendly staff and very clean and comfortable rooms. We actually had to spend a lot longer in the room (as my daughter had an online class that tool more work and involvement than anticipated) but it was fine. I took a long walk around the area. Not that interesting compared to sites in Portland but there are lots of shops and some ok dining options. Breakfast at the hotel was better than I expected and substantial with tasty bacon bits, eggs, sausage, potato’s and fresh fruit among other items.

Ive stayed at this property a few times. I think its time for an upgrade . Some of the tile in the bathroom was cracked and a few faucets were loose.
