Wir mussten dreimal in verschiedenen Zimmer umziehen weil die Toiletten nicht funktionierten. Jeden Tag wurde angekündigt dass das Wasser im Haus zwischen 12.00 bis 17.00 Uhr wegen Überprüfung des Systems abgestellt werden musste. Die Schlüssel Karten haben mehrmals nicht funktioniert und mussten ausgetauscht werden. Im letzten Umzugszimmer hat der Fön nicht funktioniert.

Very very dated room. Needs a complete refurbishment. swivel chair had tear in it. Hot room. Noisy in corridor. Breakfast passable but plastic glasses & plastic cutlery. Managed to access 2 more pillows but sheet small and not cover both of us.

Our stay was for 3 days and 2 nights, it was the best that we could ask for. The ROOM had everything that we needed. Once in side the room we heard nothing , not in hall or the rooms next to us.
The free Breakfast was GOOD , (average)
The water in the SHOWER was just above warm (not very HOT) I like hot showers, But we would stay there, anytime in the area , again

I got in very late. Check in took a little bit of time, which was whatever, but my room and the hotel room itself smelled a bit weird. Like moisture, I suppose. It’s an older hotel so the floors creek and the key cards don’t work if they are near your cell phone. The elevator I took was terrible and slow. Thought I was going to get stuck in it. I am a choice privileges member, but don’t know if I’d entirely recommend this hotel. A bonus was the round the clock security for the parking lot and the ability for the front door to only be opened via key card due to the homeless populations.

The inside of the hotel was clean for the most part. The outside of the hotel was scary because there were guys walking around the hotel like if they were looking to get into vehicles. There was also a homeless camp right across the street. When we got to the hotel and was given our key to the room we went up to it on the second floor and there was a guy in our room. The door was cracked open and you can hear him talking on the phone. We went back downstairs and let the receptionist know and she said she was going to call security and gave us another room. I will never stay at this hotel again. It was a bad and scary situation for me and my family.

Hotel was decent, room was big, bathroom tiny, the location was ok. Unfortunately there surrounding area is really sketch. I wouldn’t stay here again
