They said that the reservation was made on a different platform and all that trying to get an excuse for overcharging us. The man at the front desk was pretty rude with us saying “would it be fair to pay double when you are single?” - and even completed “so why would you want us to charge the room for two for you online?” Very weird the attention was horrible… I do not recommend!!! They want to charge for everything separately, ok, good for them. But for the second guest in the room? Is it a HOSTEL then?! Good luck, I am not coming back!

For vegans/vegetarians, breakfast food has many shortcomings, it only has fruit. The cakes are so sweet that you can't taste them at all. Orange juice is unnatural. The rooms/corridors are carpeted. The swimming pool is small, it even looks like a child's. The hotel needs some maintenance, especially on the terrace, some areas are being renovated. There is a lounge where you can read books, practice yoga, relax, and the decoration is great. The staff are very friendly. We ordered food through the app, and the receptionist received it and called us to let us know it had arrived. Everyone is very patient and willing to help. Every day the cleaner will ask us if we want her to clean the room. It has cable TV, Netflix and globoplay. I think there is a sink in the room, separate garbage (organic and recyclable), microwave oven and air conditioning are good. The room size is very good and very spacious. The shower was great, the water flow was very strong and very hot (if you want).

Relatively new hotel which is kept in excellent condition. Rooms have lovely views and breakfast is excellent, although 1 day of the 5 we stayed they did struggle a little to keep up with demand. Best part: The pool! Great to finally have a outdoor pool with a view in the city! They do need to have some umbrellas though as it is South facing and the sun is relentless. Especially a concern with young children. Also the floor in the pool area is extremely slippery when you have wet feet. There is also a top quality shopping mall on site with some fabulous food choices. Staff were very good indeed! My only gripe was they ran out of English Breakfast Tea Bags so I had no tea for the last 2 days... but that's my own fault for being English!
