房間還行，小巧，都沒有提供飲用水和拖鞋，不符合中國人的相關，其它都挺好

The room is okay, small, and does not provide drinking water or slippers, which is not in line with Chinese people. Everything else is fine.

Facilities are dilapidated, others are OK

Atendentes muito atenciosos, porém quartos velhos, mofo nas cortinas do quarto, toalhas bem batidas.
A localização é muito boa, próximo ao consulado americano em Porto Alegre (2km), bem como próximo ao shopping Iguatemi.

Very attentive attendants, but old rooms, mold on the bedroom curtains, well-worn towels.
The location is very good, close to the American consulate in Porto Alegre (2km), as well as close to the Iguatemi shopping mall.

Had I seen pictures like these would never have booked. Bathroom is dirty and gross with mold, light bulbs missing, mirror falling and rusted, courtains and pillows disgusting. We changed rooms but not a lot better. The hallway carpet has never been vacuumed, terribly dirty, not to mention room service trays left with food uncovered overnight. They had us sign a waiver at check in for safe but the safe was missing in both rooms. Experience was not compatible with any other Novotel we’ve stayed at before.

Comfortable rooms, breakfast and lunch well served, well-humoured and requested staff. It is very practical to be next to the HMD for patients and accompanying.

The room is OK, small, no drinking water and slippers are provided, not in line with the Chinese, others are very good
