Com diária já paga(R$369,54) ,na hora do check-in tive que pagar mais R$130,00 (R$30,00 de taxa por ter criança que já constava na ******* e R$80,00 por uma bi-cama). A diária era 2 adultos e 1 crianca de 10 anos. A cama contratada era Queen, no quarto era uma de casal. Desde segunda-feira, dia18, estou esperando uma ligação do gerente do hotel e nada. Esqueceram que tem um código do consumidor!

Ótima localização, bons serviços, equipe atenciosa. O hotel é tradicional em Porto Alegre, famoso por sediar eventos. É dado desconto ao hóspede que vem à cidade para assistir jogos, shows etc. O valor da hospedagem depende da demanda, mas há promoções. Reservando com antecedência a diária fica mais em conta.

Atendimento nota 1... - Ruim para estacionar na rua atrás do hotel (deserta e perigosa a noite) além de mal direcionado; - Estacionamento precário; - Mandaram um email com pré check-in para preencher os dados antes de chegar, fiz com satisfação pois chegaria tarde e isso agilizaria o check in... Cheguei lá e vi que foi tempo perdido pois tive que fazer tudo de novo pois o funcionário falou que não tinha as informações... Ou seja, me fizeram de IDIOTA preenchendo tudo antes; - Chuveiro demorou para esquentar, deixei ligado por 10 minutos para esquentar e a água indo fora, totalmente anti ecológico; - Telefone do quarto para recepção não funcionou... - Funcionário estava anotando meu número de cartão de crédito em papel para uma confirmação de pagamento (detalhe que ele pegou o número do sistema deles pois informei na reserva)... Gostaria de solicitar EXCLUSÃO IMEDIATA DO MEU NÚMERO DE CARTÃO... Não forneci para ser registro e sim apenas para confirma confirmação ... Nunca imaginei que seria registrado em algum banco de dados e que alguem poderia acessar e poderia até usar para fraude... VERGONHOSO isso em 2024. Salvo o café da manhã que estava excelente, por isso a nota 1, senão seria menos de zero. Decepção completa.

Enviei um e-mail solicitando a remarcação da minha hospedagem devido às enchentes que ocorreram em Porto Alegre, mas não tive minha reserva remarcada. Apesar da situação de emergência, não recebi nenhum suporte ou consideração por parte da administração do hotel. Além disso, tentei solicitar o reembolso da minha reserva, seguindo todos os procedimentos indicados, mas não obtive nenhuma resposta, nem mesmo uma confirmação de recebimento do meu pedido. Essa falta de comunicação e assistência em uma situação tão crítica é extremamente decepcionante. Esperava um serviço ao cliente mais atento e compreensivo, especialmente em momentos de crise. Infelizmente, minha experiência foi frustrante e estressante, e não recomendaria este estabelecimento com base no tratamento que recebi.
