No geral foi uma ótima experiência, já tinha frequentado o hotel ano passado e vi que mudou totalmente melhorou em vários aspectos, inclusive limpeza, e qualidade dos colchões e também melhorou muito no café!

Hotel limpo porém mais antiquado. Trabalhar aqui não é possível, pois a internet é muito ruim e instável. Cama ruim e faz muito barulho.
Shampoo e sabonetes incluídos, mas não são muito bons. A localização é no centro de Porto Alegre, portanto vai do interesse de quem se hospedar.
O café da manhã é tradicional de hotel e possui boa variedade de pães, mas não espere nada em especial.
Os funcionários sempre foram muito gentis.
Para viagens de apenas lazer eu voltaria, mas para trabalho não, porque não há espaço próprio para isso e a internet não é confiável.

Hotel simples, quarto não possui luminaria ou tomadas para ascender a luz perto da cama, o banheiro não tem saída de ar. Quarto com ar condicionado, TV a cabo e frigobar com opções. Pessoal da recepção educado e o pessoal da limpeza foram atenciosos.
